Living Beyond Fine

JESUS had THEM too.

HE didn't hide THEM away.

HE wore THEM for all to see

even though HE was JESUS.

"JESUS wept" (John 11:35).

HE let THEM all out~

"And being in anguish, HE prayed more earnestly,

and HIS sweat was like drops of blood falling to the ground" (Luke 22:44).

If JESUS has THEM

& HE is our SAVIOR

wouldn't you

shouldn't you

also want to

LIVE UNMASKED

to the ONE

who

can totally relate to every part of you~

"For we do not have a High Priest who is unable to sympathize and understand our weaknesses and temptations, but One who has been tempted [knowing exactly how it feels to be human] in every respect as we are, yet without [committing any] sin" (Hebrews 4::14)

Oh REAL MEN CRY

because who is more manly than

A KING.

If HE has THEM

why should you & I & everyone else

pretend that THEY aren't there.

What are you FEELING right now?

What are you FEELING that you wish you weren't FEELING?

You know~

those FEELINGS that you think you shouldn't be FEELING,

because if anyone knew that you were FEELING THEM

then they would really see the REAL you

and what would they think of you?

Hmm...

"JESUS WEPT" (Luke 22:44)

Oh how humbling.

Oh how freeing

to not hide behind a MASK

and let it all out

to the ONE

who really gets you & I & everyone else.

It takes a man & woman of courage to

be REALLY REAL~

"Therefore let us [with privilege] approach the throne of grace [that is, the throne of GOD'S gracious favor] with confidence and without fear, so that we may receive mercy [for our failures] and find [HIS amazing] grace to help in time of need

[an appropriate blessing, coming just at the right moment] (Hebrews 4:16)

It takes less energy to

LIVE UNMASKED~BEING REAL WITH JESUS

then it does to MASK what you really are feeling.

What is behind your MASK?

Come

"FACE TO FACE" (listen to the song below)

to the ONE

who knows you way better than you know yourself

and LOVES every part of you

no matter what you may be feeling or not feeling.
