Life is a straight path
It begins. It ends.
And there is the MIDDLE.
The MIDDLE is where we live.
The PAST is PAST.
The FUTURE is FUTURE.
The PRESENT is in the MIDDLE.
We are sandwiched between where we were
as we are on the road to where we are going.
Where are you going? What is your destiny?
Is it what you do? Is it what you want to do?
Or is it just where you are right now
doing what you are doing right now,
even if it is WAITING for
something to happen or unhappen?
So how do we
live in the MIDDLE
as we leave the PAST
on our way to the FUTURE?
What does GOD have to say about the MIDDLE?
I found out by finding the MIDDLE of the BIBLE~
Psalm 103:1-2
"Praise the LORD, my soul;
all my inmost being, praise HIS holy name.
Praise the LORD, my soul,
and forget not all HIS benefits"
Wow!
Life is all about HIM when we make it all about HIM
because HE made it all about us~
"WHO forgives all your sins
and heals all your diseases,
WHO redeems your life from the pit
and crowns you with love and compassion,
WHO satisfies your desires with good things
so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s" (Psalm 103:3-5).
LIVING IN THE MIDDLE~
where GOD IS
because
where GOD IS
there is LIFE,
ABUNDANT LIFE
in this very moment
and the next moment
because HE IS in every moment.
This morning I was searching for MORE
as I was forgetting that I had
MORE right now
because
HE IS MORE than anything that I can ever ask for.
I don't have all the answers
and you don't have all the answers
because HE is always the answer
in the here & now
as HE is taking us to our destiny
that is beyond what our eyes can see.
"Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it.
But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead,
I press on toward the goal to win the prize
for which GOD has called me heavenward in CHRIST JESUS" (Philippians 3:13-14)

Taking my eyes off of me
and
