It is BROKEN,
in such disrepair,
that you BELIEVE there is no way that
it can be
WHOLE again.
BUT then you hear the words
that
JESUS came to heal the BROKENHEARTED
(Luke 4:18).
And that means you!
BUT then you question
if
JESUS HEALING the pain of
your
BROKEN HEART
is going to be enough,
when
THE WHAT
that is causing the
BROKEN is not fixed.
BUT then you hear the words~
"I have come to make all things new" (Revelation 21:5).
And now you wonder if
HE is talking about your HEART.
And of course HE is,
because JESUS is about the HEART~
your HEART
& my HEART
&
everyone else's HEART.
HE takes your ashes and creates BEAUTY.
HE takes despair and exchanges it for JOY.
HE takes bitterness and exchanges it for FORGIVENESS.
HE takes __________ and exchanges it for HIMSELF.
And all it takes is
a SACRIFICE~
YOU.
Yup YOU.
To answer HIS INVITATION
to
COME
and walk through
HIS OPEN DOOR
that takes you
to the NEW,
to where you have never been before,
yet have always dreamed about.
For JESUS takes you from
CLOSED DOORS to OPENED DOORS.
But you have to take the
STEP through
HIS OPEN DOOR
that begins with
A FORGIVENESS
that
OPENS your HEART
to
RECEIVE ALL that JESUS
died to give you.
Does JESUS have to do anything more
than to become
BROKEN on a CROSS,
feeling every nail,
feeling every word used against HIM,
feeling so very human,
as HE pushed out the
words~
"FATHER, forgive them; for they do not know what they're doing"
(Luke 23:34).
JESUS,
THE OPEN DOOR for ALL,
with a FORGIVENESS
that
HEALS the BROKENHEARTED.
Oh the
PEACE of FORGIVENESS
brings a
HEALING that
brings
NEWNESS,
not only to your
HEART
but to your
MIND
and to your SOUL.
So if you ever wonder if
the
HEALING that JESUS does
in your BROKEN spaces and places of your
HEART is ENOUGH,
it isn't,
because it is MORE THAN ENOUGH.
Because when
JESUS gets a hold of your
HEART
with HIS undying LOVE
that
HEALS your BROKEN spaces and places on the INSIDE,
there is a NEWNESS inside of you
that is indescribable,
as it pushes you to take the next step
and the next step
and the next step,
and before you know it
you are walking
BEYOND any BROKENNESS that strives to overcome you,
that is BEYOND your expectations.
Because
every step taken with JESUS
takes you BEYOND what you can see
that is just on the other side of
THE OPEN DOOR.
"Therefore we do not become discouraged
[spiritless, disappointed, or afraid].
Though our outer self is [progressively] wasting away, yet our inner self is being [progressively] renewed day by day. For our momentary, light distress [this passing trouble] is producing for us an eternal weight of glory [a fullness] beyond all measure [surpassing all comparisons, a transcendent splendor and an endless blessedness]!
So we look not at the things which are seen,
but at the things which are unseen;
for the things which are visible are temporal
[just brief and fleeting], but the things which are invisible
are everlasting and imperishable]
renewed day by day"
(2 Corinthians 4:16-18).
Because
"We're all broken people,
don't
WE ALL NEED JESUS?"
