I am doing it again.
I am trying to make
GOD HAPPEN.
I had the best dream last night,
yet I forget all the details,
but it was a
PEACE DREAM
where i was headed into
an ANXIETY ridden situation
where GOD stopped me with HIS PEACE.
It was so surreal,
that I want to go back to bed
to continue the dream
and actually remember all of it.
But maybe the purpose of the dream
was for me to be sitting here
IN HIS PERFECT PEACE
and SIMPLY RECEIVING
this moment
FULLY
as a PEACEFUL MOMENT
without trying to figure out why,
because
HIS PEACE
doesn't have to be figured out.
THE PEACE OF GOD
is HIS PRECIOUS GIFT
that is always available
IN CHRIST.
Just because
GOD
never stops GIFTING you
with more of HIM,
because
HE IS so GRACIOUS
that HE SENT JESUS
to GIFT us with
A LOVE
that when RECEIVED
HE IS THE GIFT that never stops GIVING.
You have HIS GRACE now,
no matter what you may not have or wish you didn't have in your life
in this very moment.
For HIS LOVE never dries out.
FOR
"JESUS IS patient.
JESUS IS kind.
JESUS DOES NOT envy.
JESUS DOES NOT boast.
JESUS IS NOT proud.
JESUS DOES NOT dishonor others.
JESUS IS NOT self-seeking,
JESUS IS NOT easily angered.
JESUS keeps no record of wrongs.
JESUS DOES NOT delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.
JESUS ALWAYS protects,
always trusts,
always hopes,
always perseveres.
JESUS NEVER FAILS"
(1 Corinthians 13:4-8, the name of Jesus substituted for love).
Because
JESUS IS THE LOVE THAT TRANSCENDS ALL UNDERSTANDING.
So why try to make
GOD HAPPEN
when
JESUS already HAPPENED
and never stops HAPPENING
for
“I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the LORD GOD,
“who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty”
(Revelation 1:8).
Where do you NEED the LOVE OF JESUS
to overwhelm you in your HEART?
Just
BE STILL AND KNOW
for that is where
"JESUS IS"
