DO NOT LET~
those three WORDS
that are terrifying at times,
because they demand a CHANGE.
For when you DO what they SAY,
you are the one who who will
CHANGE.
And oh how you will CHANGE,
as your HEART will CHANGE,
because those three WORDS
are not ordinary
WORDS
as they are spoken
by
JESUS~
"DO NOT LET
your heart be troubled (afraid, cowardly).
BELIEVE [confidently] in GOD and trust in HIM,
[have faith, hold on to it,
rely on it, keep going and]
BELIEVE also in ME"
(John 14:1).
The most powerful
THREE WORDS,
yet the most hard to
DO,
because it takes
FAITH
to move beyond
FEELING TROUBLED
FEELING FEARFUL
FEELING COWARDLINESS,
as these are all
REAL FEELINGS.
But FAITH takes you beyond what you
see and feel and hear with your physical senses,
to a place of
BELIEVING
and
TRUSTING
the
WORDS
of
the ONE who you LOVE
with ALL your HEART & ALL your MIND
&
ALL your SOUL,
so that
you not only read the
WORDS
but you
DO what they say~
"DO NOT merely listen to the word,
and so deceive yourselves.
DO what it says"*
And here is another DO NOT
that we are commanded to DO NOT DO.
To not just LISTEN to the WORD
but
DO what it says.
HIS WORD is an INVITATION
that demands a
YES I will
or NO I won't.
Since GOD is a gentleman
as is HIS SON,
we have been gifted FREE WILL to CHOOSE.
So what if your answer is NO?
"Anyone who listens to the word but does not do what it says is like someone who looks at his face in a mirror and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like"*
A NO will give you a
TROUBLED
FEARFUL
COWARDLY HEART.
Hmm.
But if you say YES?
"But whoever looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues in it—not forgetting what they have heard,
but doing it—they will be blessed in what they do"
*(James 1:22-25),
Oh how you will be so
BLESSED
because a
TROUBLED HEART
will be overtaken
by
HIS PEACE
HIS JOY
HIS HOPE
when you
"DO NOT LET"
and
"Believe [confidently] in GOD and trust in HIM,
[have faith, hold on to it, rely on it, keep going and]
believe also in ME".
I love GOD's WORD
as HIS WORD never leaves you at a standstill,
striving to figure out what you need to do or do not do,
as HE spells it out
WORD by WORD
so that we experience
THE ABUNDANT LIFE in the HERE & NOW,
because HIS WORD is for the HERE & NOW.
Therefore,
will you join me and
DO NOT LET your HEARTS BE TROUBLED
and
"BELIEVE"
