I am DIRECTIONALLY CHALLENGED.
Just ask my hubby.
For when we ride the SAME bike route,
over and over again,
I still want to go right when we are to go left.
And at times I am
DIRECTIONALLY CHALLENGED in life,
when
INDECISION leaves me stuck,
even though
GOD is ASKING me to let HIM LEAD.
Are you DIRECTIONALLY CHALLENGED?
Is INDECISIVENESS WEIGHING you down?
But what if you FASTED from being
INDECISIVE by
LOOKING Up
and ASKING GOD to LEAD you,
by ASKING HIM
for WISDOM,
to turn right or turn left.
You may think you know,
but you want to make sure you will be walking in the
direction GOD wants you to walk.
So you ASK.
And then you hear HIS WHISPER
ASKING you to walk in HIS DIRECTION.
And you wonder
if it is really GOD speaking to your heart.
But then
THE PEACE that transcends all understanding
flows through your whole being,
and everything becomes so clear
as it feels like you have been blind your whole life.
Because
GOD IS ASKING you to go in another direction,
because it is about
HIS TIMING
and HIS TIMING is NOW.
You did what HE has been asking you to do,
and now HE is ASKING you to walk in another direction.
Have you been there?
Are you there right now?
Are you carrying the WEIGHT of making a DECISION that you NEED to make,
because where you are right NOW is WEIGHING YOU down?
Is GOD whispering to your HEART to LET GO of a HABIT that is becoming a BURDEN,
because it is only providing TEMPORARY relief?
Is GOD whispering to your HEART to say NO to a something or to a someone,
who you have been saying YES to,
but saying YES is leading you further away from experiencing HIS PEACE?
Is GOD whispering to your HEART to BE STILL and to KNOW that HE IS GOD,
because HE wants you to ASK HIM what HE WANTS for your life?
Are you at a the crossroad of making a DECISION,
that you know that you NEED to make,
yet INDECISION is keeping you stuck in your tracks?
INDECISION keeps you in the same place,
making you become heavier and heavier,
feeling as if you are sinking in quicksand
where there appears to be no way out.
But there is always a way out,
and HE is LOOKING at you right now.
Whether it is to put down the cookie and eat the carrot,
or to make a LIFE CHANGING DECISION
that you know you need to make.
"We humans keep brainstorming options and plans, but GOD'S purpose prevails"
(Proverbs 19:21).
Is what you are doing or not doing,
doing or not doing
what you want it to be doing?
Hmm.
Are you standing in the same place,
and just wishing things would change?
Wishing is just wishing.
But DOING is taking that first step by
ASKING GOD for HIS WISDOM.
For GOD smiled upon King Solomon
because he asked for
WISDOM.
Total TRUST.
Total SUBMISSION.
A TOTAL "YES GOD" I WANT TO FOLLOW YOU!
What if you got a pep in your step,
because you take the step to
PRESS FORWARD in the DIRECTION
GOD is ASKING you to go,
even though it is in the opposite DIRECTION that you have been going?
Now is the TIME to kiss being
DIRECTIONALLY CHALLENGED goodbye,
because you are
FASTING from
INDECISION
by
AKSING GOD FOR WISDOM.
And why?
Because GOD IS ASKING YOU TO~
"If any of you lacks wisdom [to guide him through a decision or circumstance],
he is to ask of [our benevolent] GOD, who gives to everyone generously and without rebuke or blame, and it will be given to him.
But he must ask [for wisdom] in faith,
without doubting [GOD'S willingness to help],
for the one who doubts is like a billowing surge of the sea
that is blown about and tossed by the wind"
(James 1:5-8 AMP).
Ready. Get Set. Go.
