GOD never ceases to AMAZE me,
and that should be the way it always is,
because GOD IS GOD, so how can HE not be AMAZING.
Is GOD not AMAZING, when your life doesn't appear to be so AMAZING?
Is GOD not AMAZING, when you don't FEEL quite AMAZING?
Is GOD not AMAZING, when you don't LOOK quite AMAZING?
Hmm.
Think about it.
Is GOD AMAZING all the time,
or just the times when your life is AMAZING?
Let me rephrase that.
Is GOD AMAZING all the time, or is your life AMAZING
because the
AMAZING part of your life is GOD?
Hmm.
Well, GOD set me straight this morning.
As I was thinking about a friend,
and then another friend,
and then another friend,
who are battling a reoccurring cancer or a new cancer,
and of course questioned GOD why.
They are all FAITHFUL followers of JESUS.
So why GOD?
I know it isn't GOD'S fault,
but at times my thinking gets faulty when what I SEE doesn't look or feel so AMAZING.
Then GOD opened the eyes of my heart to HIMSELF, once again.
GOD is THE AMAZING in ALL THINGS,
because HE gave each one us HIS SON
who is THE AMAZING in ALL THINGS.
When all you SEE is not AMAZING,
LOOK TO JESUS and you will
EXPERIENCE AMAZING~
"I am with you, _________*(put your name),
always [remaining with you, _________, perpetually—regardless of circumstance,
and on every occasion],
even to the end of the age"
(Matthew 28:20).
When all you FEEL is not AMAZING,
LOOK TO JESUS
and you will EXPERIENCE AMAZING~
"Peace I leave with you, _________ (put your name)*;
My [perfect] peace I give to you;_________, not as the world gives do I give to you.
Do not let your heart be troubled,_________, nor let it be afraid.
[Let My perfect peace calm you, _________,
in every circumstance and give you courage and strength for every challenge.]"
(John 4:27).
When all you DO is not so AMAZING,
keep FOLLOWING JESUS and you will
EXPERIENCE AMAZING~
"Whatever you do, ___________,
[whatever your task may be], work from the soul [that is, put in your very best effort], as [something done] for the LORD and not for men, knowing [with all certainty] that it is from the LORD [not from men] that you, _________, will receive the inheritance which is your [greatest] reward. It is the LORD CHRIST whom you [actually] serve"
(Colossians 3:23-24).
GOD is so AMAZING,
because GOD IS GOD.
JESUS is so AMAZING
because
JESUS IS JESUS.
I was not THINKING so AMAZING this morning,
but because
JESUS IS REAL
HE IS THE AMAZING
WHO
never stops being
AMAZING,
no matter what I may be feeling or seeing or being or doing.
Oh my friend
EXPERIENCE AMAZING
in the here and now,
no matter if what you may be FEELING or SEEING or BEING or DOING
doesn't seem so AMAZING,
and just
LOOK UP
and
"HOW CAN YOU NOT SEE GOD"
