You know IT is there
as IT is trying so hard to take over your being,
yet you hold back
because you wonder
if IT is for you~
PEACE!
HIS PERFECT PEACE
that is awaiting to flow through you
like a river
to enter into every nook and crany of your being,
yet you don't BELIEVE that you could
experience
HIS PEACE
in the moment
because
PEACE is not what you are feeling,
and your circumstances
are screaming
UN~PEACEFUL
because you can't even
"Consider it all JOY, my brothers and sisters, when you encounter various trials" (James 1:2).
You wonder how JOY is possible,
because what you see & what you are experiencing.
is not so JOYFUL.
But JOY isn't a feeling.
JOY is an experience with the ONE who is our JOY.
JOY~
JESUS
ONLY
YOU!
So picture this.
JESUS is sitting right next to you
and taps you on your shoulder.
HE whispers for you to turn to
face HIM,
but you are afraid to look at
HIM,
to actually face JESUS
FACE TO FACE
because you know that when
HE would look into your eyes
HE would
see your HEART that is having a hard time
RECEIVING
HIS PERFECT PEACE
and the JOY OF THE LORD.
But JESUS doesn't move away.
HE waits.
And then you answer
HIS tap and turn to HIM.
You look into HIS eyes and HE looks into your eyes.
You are paralyzed.
There is no turning back as HE speaks~
"Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you.
Not as the world gives do I give to you.
Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid" (John 14:27).
You are paralyzed, because JESUS is not taking HIS eyes off of you.
And HE doesn't stop talking,
even though you are still questioning why HE is speaking to you,
because HE knows you too well so why would HE speak to you with such
LOVE that transcends all understanding.
A LOVE that doesn't turn away from you.
A LOVE that stays.
A LOVE that silents you with
HIS PEACE that transcends all understanding.
And
then your heart starts
beating
THE JOY
that transcends all understanding.
FAITH becomes real
because you KNOW JESUS IS REAL,
even though it is only you in the room
as you can't see anyone sitting next to you.
You make the choice never to move from this place
as you are BLOOMING in all who JESUS IS
because HE tells you to be
PLANTED IN HIM~
“I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you,
you will bear much fruit; apart from ME you can do nothing“ (John 15:5).
Oh the sweet spot when
PERFECT PEACE & PERFECT JOY
meet inside of you.
IT is yours
because
HE is yours
Oh how you crave to see HIS FACE. But then you hear
HIS whisper
once again~
"Blessed are they that have not seen and yet have believed” (John 20:29).
Oh
HIS PERFECT PEACE never leaves the room
so why would we,
because
HE IS
"JIREH"
Our GOD WHO ALWAYS PROVIDES!
