Day 6: Simply Giggle

I SMIPLY GIGGLED.
It came out of my mouth
because my heart was
laughing,
that I couldn't contain myself.
I felt as if I was doing something wrong,
as I looked at my husband
& he looked back at me with such a silly happy grin
that I GIGGLED again.
I felt like a kid again
who so easily GIGGLES because
she is FREE to just be herself
without
second guessing her every move,
because
she embraces life
as
she just lives
with such freedom
being herself
because she knows
that her every need is being taken care of
so that GIGGLES replace worry~
“That is why I tell you not to worry about everyday life—whether you have enough food and drink, or enough clothes to wear. Isn’t life more than food, and your body more than clothing?
Look at the birds. They don’t plant or harvest or store food in barns, for your
heavenly Father feeds them. And aren’t you far more valuable to him than they are?
Can all your worries add a single moment to your life?" (Matthew 2:25-27).
Oh you & I & everyone else
has a little GIGGLING child inside
who has permission to
LIVE IN THE MOMENT~
“So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries.
Today’s trouble is enough for today" (Matthew 2:34)
As we live FREELY just being ourself~
"For YOU formed my inward parts; YOU knitted me together in my mother's womb.
I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.
Wonderful are YOUR works; my soul knows it very well" (Psalm 139:13-14)
Without second guessing our every move~
"Trust in the LORD with all your heart And do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge HIM, And HE will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6)
Because
we EMBRACE LIFE~ "Delight yourself in the LORD, and HE will give you the desires of your heart" (Psalm 37:40)
As
we experience pure JOY in everything~
"Be Joyful always; Pray continuously; Give thanks in all circumstances,
for this is GOD'S will for you in CHRIST JESUS" (I Thessalonians 5:16-18),
because
we know
that
we are LOVED~
“How great is the love the FATHER has lavished on us,
that we should be called children of GOD!” (1 John 3:1).
Therefore,
FAST from whatever is striving to steal your JOY,
by taking this moment to
FIX your HEART on,
"Whatever is true,
whatever is honorable
and worthy of respect,
whatever is right
and confirmed by GOD'S word,
whatever is pure and wholesome,
whatever is lovely and brings peace,
whatever is admirable and of good repute;
if there is any excellence,
if there is anything worthy of praise,
think continually on these things
[center your mind on them,
and implant them in your heart].
The things which you have learned and received and heard and seen in me,
practice these things [in daily life], and the
GOD [who is the source] of peace and well-being will be with you".
(Philippians 4:8-9).
Get Ready. Get Set.
And
SIMPLY GIGGLE,
by letting out the little child in you
and
"LIVE LIKE YOU ARE LOVED"
