Today is going to be
THE PERFECT DAY
because you are going to wear your
ROSE COLORED GLASSES.
You are going to REFUSE to let anything
or anyone ruffle your feathers.
You are going to REFUSE to do anything
or say anything that you are going to regret later.
You are going to refuse to
BE ANXIOUS
and
you are going to REFUSE to
BE AFRAID
and
you are going to REFUSE to
BE ANGRY
and
you are going to REFUSE to
BE _________________
because today is going to be
THE PEFECT DAY.
And then you get out of bed
and before you know it
you start to
BE ANXIOUS about _________
and then you become FEARFUL about _________
and then ANGER starts to take over
because you are
ANGRY that you are ANXIOUS and FEARFUL
and that has already ruined your chances of having
THE PERFECT DAY.
Therefore,
today is not going to be
THE PERFECT DAY,
and you haven't even brushed your teeth yet.
So you then have a choice
to go back to bed and sleep until tomorrow,
for when you can start again
to have
THE PERFECT DAY
or...
TODAY WILL BE THE PERFECT DAY!
Oh YES!
You get out of bed
and start to BE ANXIOUS,
but then you PRAY about what you are ANXIOUS about
and then
HIS PERFECT PEACE that transcends all
understanding overwhelms you.
Today is going to be
THE PERFECT DAY.
And as the FEARFUL thought starts to take over your mind
you remember that
"GOD has not given us a spirit of fear,
but of power and of love and of a sound mind" (2 Timothy 1:7).
Today is going to be
THE PERFECT DAY
because you are going
to
FAST from
STRIVING & TRYING
to have THE PERFECT DAY
by
walking with the
PERFECT ONE
who meets you face to face
with
GRACE~
“MY GRACE is sufficient for you [MY lovingkindness and MY mercy are more than enough—always available—regardless of the situation]; for [MY] power is being perfected [and is completed and shows itself most effectively] in [your] weakness..."*
TODAY IS going to be
THE PERFECT DAY~
"Therefore, I will all the more gladly boast in my weaknesses,
so that the power of CHRIST [may completely enfold me and]
may dwell in me"*
TODAY IS going to be
THE PERFECT DAY~
"So I am well pleased with weaknesses, with insults, with distresses, with persecutions, and with difficulties, for the sake of CHRIST;
for when I am weak [in human strength],
then I am strong [truly able, truly powerful,
truly drawing from GOD'S strength]*
(2 Corinthians 12:9-10).
Aren't you excited that
TODAY IS GOING TO BE THE PERFECT DAY
because
you are going to
FAST from living your day
IN you and instead
live your day
yoked to
THE PERFECT ONE~
"I can do all things through CHRIST who strengthens me"
(Philippians 4:13).
So go brush your teeth
and have
A
PERFECT
"BEAUTIFUL DAY"
