July 4, 1776~
THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE was BIRTHED.
SIGNED, SEALED & DELIVERED.
A NATION was BORN to be
FREE~
"We hold these Truths to be self-evident,
that all men are created equal,
That they are endowed by their Creator
with certain unalienable rights, that among these are
LIFE, LIBERTY, and the PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS" (Preamble).
July 4, 2026~
CHRISTMAS IN JULY
because
JESUS was BORN,
so that you could be
FREE!
FREEDOM begins
the moment you make your own
DECLARATION
upon
JESUS CHRIST!
For IN HIM you are
endowed with the
GIFT OF LIFE~
"For GOD so loved the world, that HE gave HIS only begotten SON, that whosoever believe in HIM should not perish, but have everlasting life" (John 3:16).
THE GIFT OF LIBERTY~
"If the SON sets you free you will be free indeed" (John 8:26).
and the
THE PURSUIT OF TRUE JOY~
"Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me~
put it into practice. And the GOD of peace will be with you" (Philippians 4:9).
REAL FREEDOM is found in a life of
DEPENDENCE upon JESUS.
Because IN HIM you are
FREE from trying to save yourself, because HE is your SAVIOR.
FREE from guilt, because HE is your FORGIVENESS.
FREE from fear, because HE is your PEACE.
FREE from distraction, because HE is your FOCUS.
FREE from wandering, because HE is THE WAY.
FREE from lies, because HE is THE TRUTH.
FREE from spiritual death, because HE is THE LIFE.
FREE from imperfections, because you are Perfect in HIM.
FREE to become everything
GOD created you to be.
For the greatest FREEDOM is discovered
when you become
INDEPENDENTLY DEPENDENT
upon
JESUS
What DECLARATION do you need to make today?
What do you need to be set FREE from?
Anxiety?
Fear?
Bitterness?
Shame?
Doubt?
A habit?
An addiction?
A relationship?
A lie you have believed about yourself~ or even about GOD?
Have you declared your DEPENDENCE on HIM?
Today, declare your full
DEPENDENCE ON JESUS!
JESUS, set me free from ______.
JESUS heal my heart wounds of ______.
JESUS forgive me of ______
SIGNED, SEALED & DELIVERED!
From the
DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE
made 250 years ago to
THE DECLARATION OF DEPENDENCE UPON JESUS!
And perhaps
the greatest difference
between these two declarations
is this:
America
guarantees
the PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS.
JESUS
transforms us through the
PURSUIT OF HOLINESS.
For happiness
often depends on our circumstances.
But HOLINESS
depends on our relationship
with
CHRIST.
Happiness comes and goes.
HOLINESS lasts for eternity.
So today,
choose
your
DECLARATION OF DEPENDENCE.
For the greatest freedom
is not found in becoming more
INDEPENDENT,
as it is found in becoming DEPENDENT upon
JESUS,!
Oh have a CHRISTMAS IN JULY
and
live in HIS FREEDOM
of
LIFE, LIBERTY & THE PURSUIT OF HOLINESS
because
"If the SON has set you FREE you will be FREE Indeed" (John 8:36).
