It happened to her
and she had no idea it was going to happen.
ONCE UPON A TIME
she was just living her life
as it was~
and then it changed
forever.
She is now living in the
NEW NORMAL
that she has never lived in before~
from the moment
HE said~
"Daughter your faith has healed you. Go in peace" (Luke 8:48)
Her
ONCE UPON A TIME
when she was labeled as an outcast
and now
JESUS
called her
Daughter,
Healed her
and gave her permission
TO GO~
to walk, to depart, to journey~
To go where she has never gone before
because she is no longer who she used to be.
Now what?
Living in the NEW NORMAL.
Her NEW NORMAL was great as she was now healed,
yet I bet it was hard to navigate the world from her new eyes
and from the eyes of those who always saw her as an outcast.
But HE saw her as HIS Daughter.
It happened to her and
she had no idea it was going to happen.
ONCE UPON A TIME she was just living her life
as it was and then it changed forever.
She is now living in the NEW NORMAL
that she has never lived in before~
A precious friend of mine
whose
NEW NORMAL
is a
NEW NORMAL
that she wishes wasn't her
NEW NORMAL
as
her life dramatically changed,
due to circumstances beyond her control.
Now what?
How do you navigate life in a
NEW NORMAL.
Are you Living in a NEW NORMAL
that you wish you weren't?
How do you take that next step into the
NEW NORMAL
with your pain, hurt or shame?
How do you take that next step into the
NEW NORMAL
with your grief, bitterness, or anger?
Oh how hard it is
especially when you don't want to,
but then you hear your name spoken
DAUGHTER/SON~
GO IN PEACE.
HIS soft whisper
talking to your precious heart,
tenderly calling you
HIS own
because
HE does not send you alone.
HE walks side by side
with you, in you, through you
so you don't have to do it yourself.
I can't explain it as it is beyond yourself
because
when
JESUS calls you by name
you will never be the same
and will always be living in a
NEW NORMAL
as you take every step
BELIEVING & RECEIVING
whose you are
as HE stands before you
with opened arms
saying,
"Take courage! It is I. Don't be afraid" (Matthew 14:27)
