It is so hard at times,
when you think you are the only one
who BELIEVES what you BELIEVE~
when you find yourself
by yourself~
even though there are many in a room.
They are all talking,
yet you just don't relate
so then you wonder
if they feel the same way.
But something is missing
and then you think it must be you
because you really don't fit in.
But maybe just maybe
it is you
because
you BELIEVE what you BELIEVE
and if you didn't BELIEVE who you BELIEVE
you wouldn't be here
because
HE was the ONE who saved your life.
The ONE whose call you answered when
you really were alone
doing your own thing
your own way,
because it would make you feel right
in the midst of your feeling so
IMPERFECT.
Oh the "things" we go to
to make us feel less
IMPERFECT~
because if you really felt what you were feeling
could you face yourself
because you know yourself way too well.
But then there is SOMEONE who knows you better than you know yourself
and
HE LOVES you anyway.
And then you wonder~
if HE knows me so well
why would HE want me?
And that is exactly why HE wants you.
“Fear not, for I have redeemed you;
I have called you by name, you are MINE.
When you pass through the waters, I will be with you;
and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you;
when you walk through fire you shall not be burned,
and the flame shall not consume you.
For I am the LORD your GOD ,
the Holy One of Israel, your SAVIOR" (Isaiah 43:1-3)
So I will keep BELIEVING in the ONE who I BELIEVE IN,
because what if I didn't?
I can't even imagine it.
Why wouldn't you?
Because HE is
"FAITHFUL"
