The WEIGHT of FEAR.
IT grabs you when we least expect it.
FEAR it stops you in your tracks.
FEAR is a monster
the monster that blocks the door to peace.
The monster the stands with its whole body,
smashed against the door, staring you in the
face, giving you the message that there is no
way that you are touching that doorknob, and
there is no way that you would even think
that there is a way out.
Isn’t that what FEAR does?
Paralyzes you in the moment.
Stopping you from living your life.
FEAR DOUBTS GOD’S PROMISES!
Oh how when I rest anxiously in FEAR,
I am stopped in my tracks feeling there is no way out.
When I am believing in the unseen OF FEAR
I FEAR that GOD may not be enough.
FEAR is a death grip around your heart
that stunts your growth.
It is like getting rid of the baby bottle.
You know you need to, yet you don’t want to.
FEAR is always preparing for disaster.
And then you meet FEAR's adversary~
LOVE.
A PERFECT LOVE that
makes you look at
FEAR as it if it was a joke,
the moment
when FEAR is faced head on with the FACE of GOD.
.Oh the courage to feel the pain of pain.
Oh the courage it takes to just show up.
To connect to the PERFECT LOVE of GOD.
To connect to the PERFECT LOVE of JESUS
And that my friend
destroys FEAR right at the door.
Try it.
What is your greatest FEAR?
Can you nail it the CROSS,
because that is what the CROSS is for~
to take everything that stands in the way
of HIS LOVE,
HIS LOVE
that dripped from the CROSS.
So let's
FAST from FEAR.
Every time FEAR tries to stop you in your tracks
don't even entertain it
by being washed in
HIS PERFECT LOVE
because
"There is no fear in love [dread does not exist]. But perfect (complete, full-grown) love drives out fear, because fear involves [the expectation of divine] punishment, so the one who is afraid [of GOD'S judgment] is not perfected in love
[has not grown into a sufficient understanding of GOD'S love]"
(I John 4:18)
And that my friend is the
"TRUTH I AM STANDING ON" (listen to the song below)
