Now,
you can keep reading this over and over again,
and end up at the same place,
because
NOTHING CHANGES IF NOTHING CHANGES.
So how do you get off of the insanity bus,
that drives you in circles,
never arriving,
yet using the time and energy
to start and end at the same place.
Are you tired of reading this again~
NOTHING CHANGES IF NOTHING CHANGES.
Today is the day for CHANGE.
GOD hands you a book with your name engraved on the cover.
It is your STORY.
You open it to the first page.
It is BLANK.
Pure white.
And then GOD speaks.
HE tells you that this
BLANK piece of WHITE PAPER
represents
your LIFE IN CHRIST.
PURE.
PERFECT.
FORGIVEN.
CHOSEN.
REDEEMED.
NEW.
Because
"If anyone is IN CHRIST, the new creation has come:
The old has gone, the new is here!"
( 2 Corinthians 5:17).
And then GOD hands you
a pen,
that has the word
CHANGE engraved on it.
HE then tells you that
the pen becomes
POWERLESS
when you attempt
to write in another's book,
to CHANGE what you want CHANGED.
Your pen only has
POWER when used in your STORY.
HE sends you off with
the PROMISES
that
HE will be with you
and that you can do ALL things through CHRIST,
for you have everything that you already
NEED
to
LIVE as a NEW CREATION!
And now you get to choose
how you will LIVE your DAY IN HIM,
that will continue to
CHANGE you.
Because when you
ABIDE IN JESUS,
HE takes you
beyond what you have no power to
CHANGE
by
CHANGING you!
But you have to pick up
the pen,
because
NOTHING CHANGES IF NOTHING CHANGES,
and no one can LIVE your LIFE for you but you,
and
LIFE is a FORWARD MOTION.
What are you going to do with
HIS PEN?
What will you write on your paper?
What CHOICES will you make today?
Will you start by
WRITING your NAME ~
I, ____________, focus on this one thing:
Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead.
I, _____________, press on to reach the end of the race and receive the heavenly prize for which GOD,
through CHRIST JESUS, is calling me!"
(Philippians 3:13-14.)
And then it happens.
Something happens that is so surreal
that is so overwhelming,
that
ANXIETY has CHANGED to PEACE,
DESPAIR has CHANGED to JOY,
FEAR has CHANGED to FAITH
because you
BELIEVE the ONE
who handed you
HIS BOOK,
that had your name on it,
that HE engraved
on the day HE created you.
And the moment you open to
the first BLANK page,
your now realize that it isn't
BLANKm
as it is filled
with
ALL YOU NEED
because
JESUS IS IN YOUR STORY
and
HE is YOUR STORY CHANGER
because
HE
CHANGES YOU,
EVEN IF NOTHING ESLE AROUND CHANGES.
Meanwhile,
GOD is working ALL THINGS
for your good,
whatever was written on your pages
and whatever will be written on your pages,
as you
continue to write with
HIS PEN
that
holds the POWER to
CHANGE your STORY,
because WHOSE STORY is it really~
