You can't judge a book by its cover.
But they did.
Oh HE appeared to act like a COWARD.
Because who would claim to be
THE SAVIOR
and allow others
to spit on HIM
condemn HIM
and
nail HIM to a CROSS.
If HE was THE KING
then
why did HE allow them to get away with it
& why didn't HE curse them all?
Was it because HE was a COWARD~
Timid
Weak
&
Feeble?
Oh you can't judge a book by its cover
because
It takes a strong courageous MAN
to not
retaliate
&
to get on a
CROSS
because
HIS WEAKNESS is HIS STRENGTH
as
HE screamed out the words
with blood dripping
from HIS whole body~
"FATHER, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing" (Luke 23:34)
Oh HIS WEAKNESS is HIS STRENGTH.
Oh when we are
WEAK
HIS STRENGTH is our STRENGTH
that empowers us
to press forward
with a
supernatural COURAGE
that
is not of ourselves
as
the quiet becomes a loud voice of silence
in the midst of
a trial
a suffering
a fear
an unknown
which may appear like you are being a
COWARD and doing nothing
when actually you are stronger than most~
"For GOD did not give us a spirit of timidity or cowardice or fear,
but [HE has given us a spirit] of power and of love and of sound judgment and personal discipline [abilities that result in a calm, well-balanced mind and self-control]" (2 Timothy 1:7)
Oh you can't judge a book by its cover~
"That is why, for CHRIST'S sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong" (2 Corinthians 12:10).
