Day 29: Leaving Familiar

FAMILIAR is so FAMILIAR that you want to stay in FAMILIAR.

But what if the UNFAMILIAR is better than the

FAMILIAR,

yet you never get to experience it

because

you like

FAMILIAR

because it is so

FAMILIAR.

Hmm.

What is your FAMILIAR?

What do you do because that is what you do,

yet it is hurting you more than helping you?

FAMILIAR~

thinking what you think

because that is what you are thinking,

yet it keeps you stuck in the same place

FAMILIAR~

doing nothing

because you don't believe that anything will ever change,

so you just do nothing.

What if the caterpillar was way too comfortable being a caterpillar

and didn't believe it could be anything more than a caterpillar,

so it chose not to spin a chrysalis?

Where would the butterfly be?

Why spend your life crawling

when you were created to fly?

LEAVING FAMILIAR~

“Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past.

See, I am doing a new thing!" (Isaiah 43:18-19)

LEAVING FAMILIAR~

"I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which

GOD has called me heavenward in CHRIST JESUS"

(Philippians 3:14).

LEAVING FAMILIAR~

"For you died to this life, and your real life is hidden

with CHRIST in GOD" (Colossians 3:3)

So what if the caterpillar never spun a cocoon,

would it become who it was created to be?

"Therefore, if anyone is in CHRIST, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!" (2 Corinthians 5:17).

Are you ready to LEAVE FAMILIAR?

Therefore,

take the next

SECOND

by

FAITH,

to

LEAVE

THE FAMILIAR

that is keeping you from flying.

Every time you want to

do what you "normally" do,

or think what you "normally" think,

or just doing the nothing that you "normally" do,

that is keeping you stuck in

NORMAL

take a leap of FAITH into

THE UNFAMILIAR

with JESUS

so that your

SECONDS

become ABUNDANTLY MORE than just normal

because you were

"MADE TO FLY"

( listen to the song below)
