Day 29: God Put Me In My Place

GOD put me in my PLACE.

The RIGHT PLACE.

As I was feeling like FLEA.

Just a tiny speck.

Yup.

A FLEA.

But not in a woe is me kind of FLEA.

A HAPPY FLEA,

who is just like everyone else,

just jumping through life,

with a lot of other FLEAS. 

ALL the same.

For we are

 ALL GOD'S CREATIONS.

Yup.

Yet, living in the PLACE where GOD has PLACED each one of us.

Whether you are in a PLACE that is GOOD. 

Whether you are in a PLACE that is NOT SO GOOD. 

Whether you got to the PLACE that you are in,

because of poor choices.

Whether you got to the PLACE that you are in,

because of other's poor choices.

Whether you are in the PLACE you are in,

just because

that is where GOD has PLACED you.

You are where you are and that is where you are.

But who are you in your PLACE.

Look to the right.

Look to the left.

Look up.

Look down.

It is just you.

But is it just you?

Look to the left.

Look to the right.

Look up.

It isn't just you.

For there is JESUS,  

right there with you in the PLACE where you are.

Does it matter how you got to the PLACE where you are?

No.

What matters is not the PLACE,

 but who and what occupies your SPACE.

Is your SPACE filled with the feelings of

Bitterness,

Anger,

Confusion,

and

Frustration?

Is your SPACE filled with your thoughts of

Condemnation,

Blame,

Shame,

and

Complaint?

Is your SPACE filled with just you and no one else?

Who or what occupies the PLACE where you are?

What has to go?

Or should I ask

WHO has to go?

And the WHO is YOU.

Yup.

The YOU who is just not a FLEA jumping through life

without significance.

For the CREATOR OF THE WORLD

CREATED ALL things,

and you are one of HIS things.

Therefore,

whether you are in a

 GOOD PLACE

or in a

NOT SO GOOD PLACE,

you are in

GOD'S SPACE

where there is an INFINITE amount of room

to INVITE

JESUS in with you.

And oh when JESUS enters in to your SPACE,

you love being a FLEA, 

because you become filled with

IMMEASURABLY MORE

that transcends all understanding.

And there you are,

standing bigger than life,

because

JESUS becomes bigger than life

as

 HE

occupies every

PLACE and SPACE in you,

so that you

no longer allow

your

FEELINGS to dictate

who you are,

and

 your

THOUGHTS to dictate who you are

and your

PLACE that you are currently living ,

dictate who you are.

Because

“GOD loves each of us as if there were only one of us” (Augustine).

So how did GOD put me in my PLACE this morning?

Showing me that wherever I am,

there HE is,

whether I am in sea of people

or all alone,

For where I am HE IS!

Grasp that.

Embrace that.

For where you are HE IS!

Now doesn't that make you want to jump and down for JOY

and be the happiest littlest FLEA on the face of the earth.

For "BLESSED are you" (Matthew 5),

from the HEART OF JESUS.

BLESSED, 

meaning

HAPPY are you when...

WHEN the NOT SO GOOD is happening,

because

JESUS is always HAPPENING.

Too hard to explain,

as you just have to 

EXPERIENCE HIM

wherever you are,

and that my friend

is in the PLACE you are now.

I love being a tiny FLEA,

but GOD'S FLEA,

because

HIS EYES

SEE me

and

FEELS me,

no matter how big or small I may FEEL, 

or THINK I am.

So no matter how big or small you may FEEL about yourself

or SEE yourself,

remember

GOD SEES you.

Because why would HE create FLEAS  if HE didn't want to SEE them.

Therefore,

Look to the right.

Look to the left.

Look up.

Look down.

And there HE IS~

"THE GOD WHO SEES YOU"
