We live in a box.
There is nothing new under the sun.
"I have seen all the things that are done under the sun;
all of them are meaningless, a chasing after the wind" (Ecclesiastes 1:14)
Think about it.
There is no way out,
but only one way,
and I am not talking about your last day on earth.
For the kingdom of GOD is here.
Right here.
In our box.
Oh
"to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of CHRIST" (Ephesians 3:18)
in the here and now
takes you to a whole different level.
It is an out of body experience.
For the time is now
to get out of the box
and realize that
JESUS isn’t meaningless
HE isn't a chasing after the wind
as HE is in the wind.
HE is here. HE is there. HE is everywhere.
Oh invite HIM in your box.
"I pray that out of the glorious richness of his resources he will enable you to know the strength of the spirit’s inner reinforcement—that Christ may actually live in your hearts by your faith. And I pray that you, firmly fixed in love yourselves, may be able to grasp (with all Christians) how wide and deep and long and high is the love of CHRIST—and to know for yourselves that love so far beyond our comprehension. May you be filled though all your being with GOD HIMSELF!" (Ephesians 3:16-19)
And that is not a
resolution but a revelation
for when box living is beyond
meaningless.
"HE has made everything beautiful and appropriate in its time.
HE has also planted eternity [a sense of divine purpose] in the human heart [a mysterious longing which nothing under the sun can satisfy, except GOD]—yet man cannot find out (comprehend, grasp) what GOD has done (HIS overall plan) from the beginning to the end" (Ecclesiastes 3:11)
Don't you get tired of chasing things to give you only what GOD has already given you?
Oh to be human is hard
and that my friend is why
there is JESUS.
HE is always the meaning in the meaningless.
And oh when you and HE meet at that place
life has meaning
that is everlasting.
So say good-bye
to chasing after the meaningless
and instead
