The wishbone is left.

The mashed potatoes, stuffing, and pie

are having a party in your stomach.

Now what?

THE DAY AFTER.

Do you eat leftovers as you decorate the Christmas tree?

THE DAY AFTER.

The Now What?

I think of Jonah on his DAY AFTER.

THE DAY AFTER GOD had the big fish spit him out.

Oh was Jonah THANKFUL?

Hmm.

Well, he was right before he was released from the belly of the big fish.

And then Jonah finally did what GOD asked him to do from the very beginning~

GOD'S WILL

GOD'S WILL,

to bring the message of salvation to the evil Ninevites.

Jonah did. They repented.

Now what?

THE DAY AFTER.

Jonah is angry.

Where is the Jonah with the voice of THANKSGIVING to the LORD.

It is buried beneath the anger

that speaks,

"What do you mean GOD that you forgive them?

What about me?".

Oh the cry of a heart that wants justice,

that births ANGER.

 ANGER~

. the poison that keeps one stuck.

 ANGER~

that shuts the door to THANKS GIVING.

KNOCK. KNOCK. KNOCK.

The GIFT OF GRACE wrapped in FORGIVENESS.

FORGIVENESS that FORGIVES you.

FORGIVENESS that FORGIVES me.

FORGIVENESS that FORGIVES ALL.

FORGIVENESS that never stops FORGIVING

because

FORGIVENESS was born in a manager.

to be BIRTHED on a CROSS

that ROSE from a grave,

to BIRTH FORGIVENESS to

ONE and for ALL.

So isn't THANKS GIVING more than just a day,

as it is LIFE that never stops

GIVING THANKS.

For GOD FORGIVES me.

For GOD FORGIVES you.

For GOD FORGIVES ALL.

For GOD keeps FORGIVING,

because that is what THE GIFT OF GRACE does.

And all you have to do

is ASK and RECEIVE and pass it along.

Take this moment

and have a

THANKS GIVING~

"Bless and affectionately praise the LORD, O my soul,

And all that is [deep] within me, bless HIS holy name.

Bless and affectionately praise the LORD, O my soul,

AND DO NOT FORGET ANY OF HIS BENEFITS;

Who FORGIVES all your sins,

Who HEALS all your diseases;

Who REDEEMS your life from the pit,

Who CROWNS you [lavishly] with lovingkindness and tender mercy;

Who SATISFIES your years with good things,

So that your youth is renewed like the [soaring] eagle" (Psalm 103:1-5).

May we never FORGET GOD'S FORGIVENESS.

May we never FORGET GOD'S FAVOR.

May we never FORGET GOD'S SON

who never FORGETS us. ,

Therefore, on

THIS DAY AFTER & THE DAY AFTER that

let us never forget

that GOD is the same GOD

who we can't live without

because

"LORD, YOU'RE the air that I breathe

That's

WHO YOU ARE TO ME"

(listen to the song below)
