There is no place like HOME.
ET craved it.
Phone HOME.
And I crave it~
HOME.
I wake up and wonder where I am.
After blinking my eyes,
I look around the room
and then remember that
I am not in my HOME,
yet I am with my hubby.
As I stumble in the dark
to have my date with
GOD
my brain is trying to wake up.
And here I sit.
In the quiet. Listening to the ringing in my ears.
I feel confused as we traveled much this summer,
for pleasure and with business,
yet I miss being in one place.
But as I look back over our lives
we haven't really been in one place
as we moved multiple times,
just following GOD'S lead for where HE wanted us to go next.
We didn't realize at the time
that GOD was the ONE moving us,
but it is oh so clear today
as I see HIS HAND in every state we lived.
GOD got our attention.
HE wanted us
and we answered HIS INVITATION,
yet not at HIS first call
because we are way too human.
BUT GOD never gave up on us.
HE so LOVES that HE never stops
trying to get our attention
because
HE is always working
FOR OUR GOOD!
Where would I be without GOD?
Well I wouldn't be here
right now
in the stillness
realizing that I am HOME~
because if
HOME IS WHERE THE HEART IS
and if
GOD IS IN MY HEART
then
I am always
HOME
