Day 27: Happy Grace Day!

Today is the DAY.

THANKSGIVING DAY .

It arrives with

TRADITIONS.

.The day is centered around a turkey,

 who will show up with all of its friends,

that will fill our bellies until we are ready to pop.

TRADITIONS.

Old & New.

So what is a NEW TRADITION?

I guess you could call it

TRANSITION,

as

today you be spending it with the same people,

who you have always celebrated,

or with some new people that you will be meeting for the first time,

or without some people, who you wish were here.

A day of celebration and a day of remembrance.

TRADITIONS & TRANSITIONS.

THANKS GIVING~

GRATITUDE,

APPRECIATION,.

PRAISE,

&

 GRACE~

"do honor or credit to (someone or something) by one's presence" (logos). 

Hmm.

TO GRACE

 someone because of the presence of another,

is a form of

THANKS GIVING.

GRACE~

a prayer before a meal.

GRACE~

a name of someone

GRACE~

FAVOR,

PLEASURE

&

WORTH.

THANKS GIVING.

GRACE

is always present,

even if the turkey and the mashed potatoes are cold,

and the pumpkin pie just doesn't taste the same.

GRACE.

Stop a second and embrace

GRACE

with

THANKS GIVING.

For GRACE isn't a TRADITION,

as it is a

TRANSITION.

For TRANSITION

is

CHANGE,

a TRANSFORMATION,

as it never leaves you the SAME.

GRACE,

 places you in

THE POTTER'S HANDS,

where GOD

treats you like a piece of precious clay,

molding you,

shaping you,

with

HIS PEACE that transcends all understanding,

and with

HIS HOPE

that takes despair,

birthing

HIS JOY

that is

EVERLASTING,

forever yours.

All because of GRACE.

"For it is by GRACE~

GOD'S REMARKABLE COMPASSION AND FAVOR DRAWING YOU TO CHRIST..."*

Breath that in.

THE GIFT OF GRACE~

"...that you have been saved [actually delivered from

judgment and given eternal life]

through FAITH...".*

Breath that in.

GRACE is a FREE GIFT,

that flows from your

POTTER'S HANDS ,

to one and all,

to

RECEIVE

FREELY

by

FAITH.

THE GIFT of FAITH.

FREE.

"....And this [salvation] is not of yourselves [not through your own effort],

but it is the [undeserved, gracious] gift of GOD;

not as a result of [your] works [nor your attempts to keep the Law],

so that no one will [be able to] boast or take credit in any

 way [for HIS salvation] "

(Ephesians 2:8-9).

Oh

THE GIFT of GRACE

that never stops

GIVING.

Oh

HAPPY THANKS GIVING DAY,

or should I say

HAPPY GIVING THANKS DAY

or

HAPPY GVING THANKS MOMENTS.

For

GRACE never stops.

Therefore,

THANKS GIVING never stops.

Whether today is a day where you will be

celebrating with TRADITIONS

or experiencing a day of

 TRANSITIONS,

there is one thing that will never

CHANGE

yet CHANGES you.

GRACE. 

Now GRACE is something to

BE GIVING THANKS,

for there is

 no other

 GIFT

like it.
