I will just let the stream of events
show you how
that we have
A REAL GOD
who is always working in our lives,
even through broken cable
I was having a tough day.
Went to the beach, to my GOD place.
Called a friend to pray for me. No answer
Called another friend to pray for me. No answer.
Okay GOD I get it. You want me to talk to YOU.
I cried out to GOD. No immediate answer.
I put on my airpods and listened to a sermon.
The Pastor's first words, "AND WE KNOW THAT GOD WILL USE FOR GOOD ALL THINGS" (Romans 8:28). The verse that I have been immersed in, as it is the theme verse for the upcoming BROKEN INTO BEAUTIFUL conference that I have been planning.
Hmm. Coincidence or was GOD answering my prayer.
Every word spoke directly to my heart.
I get home. I heard talking in the bedroom. Could it be the TV, as we had cable/internet issues all morning and nothing was working.
I go in the bedroom and there is a Pastor speaking on the same verse, on the "BROKEN" TV.
I stood there with tears running down my face, as every word was an answer to my prayer.
Hmm. Coincidence or was GOD answering my prayer.
Still in unbelief, I tried to change the channel and it wouldn't change.
Still in unbelief, I tried the other TVS. No power. No internet.
Hmm. Coincidence or was GOD answering my prayer.
Is this really YOU GOD?
So I then went to my computer, and another Pastor popped up talking about the same issue that I was praying about.
Hmm. Coincidence or was GOD answering my prayer.
And then he was speaking about a verse that I have never heard before. It was about Paul getting bitten by a snake.
After listening to him, I then decided to find the other Pastor's sermon that was on my TV, so I could listen to the whole sermon, as I only heard the ending.
I found it, and he is speaking on the same verse about the snake that bit Paul.
Hmm. Coincidence or was GOD answering my prayer.
The service man then came to fix the cable.
I showed him the only TV that was working, with the Pastor.
He said that there was no way that the TV should be working.
Hmm. Coincidence or was GOD answering my prayer.
How much more does GOD have to do in my life
and do in your life
to know that HE uses ALL THINGS~
even the smallest of the small
even if it is broken cable~
to show HIMSELF
to let us know that
HE is with us
HE is for us
and all HE wants is for us to continually
SEEK HIM WITH OUR WHOLE HEART
and
HE will find us
no matter where we are
because our
GOD
uses ALL THINGS
