Just ASK HIM
and HE will ANSWER.
I asked GOD this morning,
"WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME",
and it was as if HE was waiting for me
to ask HIM,
as HIS ANSWER IMMEDIATELY came.
BUT I questioned if it was really from HIM.
BUT it had to be from GOD,
as the following verse came flowing from my heart,
"And what does the LORD require of you Except to BE JUST,
and to LOVE [and to diligently practice]
KINDNESS (compassion), And to WALK HUMBLY with your
GOD
[setting aside any overblown
sense of importance or self-righteousness]?"
(Micah 6:8)
Yikes!
HUMILITY~
BROKEN PRIDE
Oh to BE JUST.
Because GOD IS JUST
Oh to LOVE.
Because GOD IS LOVE.
Oh to be KIND.
Because GOD IS KIND.
Oh to
WALK HUMBLY
requires the
TOTAL SURRENDER
of myself
to the ONE
who I SURRENDERED my life to.
SURRENDER
is the sweet spot
when you begin to LIVE the LIFE GOD desires for you,
But oh how I fight it at times when
my feathers get ruffled
and
I want JUSTICE,
I want to be LOVED,
I want to treated with KINDNESS.
BUT GOD ANSWERED ME~
IT IS NOT ABOUT ME!
Oh to remove myself from
the equation
is
the sweet spot of
SURRENDER,
for where GOD does HIS best work
that is
letting GOD do what HE does best.
GOD IS JUST.
GOD IS LOVE.
GOD IS KIND.
How is it possible to move aside
and let GOD be GOD.
Hmm.
By FOLLOWING HIS SON
who
walked a life of HUMILITY
by making HIMSELF nothing to make us something.
GOD ANSWERED me again
by having HIS SON
tell me to
WALK HUMBLY~
"Which commandment is the most important of all?”
JESUS answered,
“The most important is, ‘Hear, O Israel: The LORD our GOD,
the LORD is one.
And you shall love the LORD your God
with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’
The second is this:
‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’
There is no other commandment greater than these”
(Mark 12:28-30)
There it is.
To LIVE out GOD'S ANSWER to me
because
GOD IS ALWAYS THE ANSWER
because
HE made JESUS THE ANSWER.
Oh how could I ask for anything more
then to
FOLLOW THE ONE who
KNOWS me
and
KNOWS you
better than you and I know ourselves.
THANK YOU GOD
for ANSWERING my question,
with WORDS I did not expect,
but with WORDS that brought me
closer and closer to you~
IT IS NOT ABOUT ME, BECAUSE IT IS ALL ABOUT JESUS!
