You are ALONE.
There is no one near you for miles.
All around you is a deafening silence.
You then hear a KNOCK at the door,
yet you are afraid to answer it
as you question
who would be KNOCKING on your door.
You remain so still
as you just want whoever it is
to go away,
even though you so crave
just someone
to break the silence.
But the silence is being BROKEN
as you hear it again~
KNOCK. KNOCK. KNOCK.
Is it too GOOD to be true?
Does someone really want to be with you?
And then you hear the soft whisper
of BEAUTIFUL WORDS
that send shivers down your spine~
"Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears MY voice and opens the door,
I will come in and eat with that person, and they with ME" (Revelation 3:20).
Do you answer the door?
