ONCE UPON A TIME
there lived a
Little Boy
who planted a carrot seed
BUT
his mother
his father
his brother
all told him
“It won’t come up”.
BUT
the Little Boy
watered his carrot seed every day.
BUT
everyone still told him
“It won’t come up”.
BUT
the Little Boy
still tended to his little seed
watering
&
weeding
with a confidence
that
IT WOULD COME UP
despite all the
“BUTS”
from everyone.
BUT
then one day it happened~
IT CAME UP~
a Carrot!
Oh it was
bigger than
his mother's
his father's &
his brother's eyes
could ever imagine,
because they BELIEVED
“It won’t come up”.
Oh
to have the childlike faith as this Little Boy.
Yes, "The Carrot Seed" (Ruth Krauss) is a fictional story,
BUT is it really?
What is the carrot seed in your life~
that something that you are tending to IN FAITH,
even though nothing appears to be growing?
What "BUTS" do you need to weed out?
BUT
if you have FAITH like a child~

have FAITH as small as a mustard seed..." (Matthew 17:20)~
A MOVING FAITH
that PRESSES FORWARD
even when you see nothing growing.
A TRUSTING FAITH
in the
ONE
who created the seed in the first place.
Because everything
WILL COME UP IN JESUS~
HIS PEACE that transcends all understanding;
HIS HOPE
that is guaranteed for life;
HIS JOY
that that is everlasting!
Just you wait and see
because
HE
grows something beautiful,
something so much bigger from
the something that is so much smaller
despite the weeds of
the BUTS,
because GOD
said
IT WILL COME UP~
"Now to HIM who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to
HIS power that is at work within us" (Ephesians 3:20).
Therefore

A COMMITTED FAITH~

Because FAITH grows the seed~

Your roots will grow down into GOD's love and keep you strong.
And may you have the power to understand, as all GOD'S people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep HIS love is..."
