I love white.
I wear it.
My furniture wears it.
But white shows everything,
as spilled espresso on a white robe
is like a neon sign
telling all
that I can be quite messy.
But I wear it anyway.
And many of a white sofas have also
experienced my messy.
I love white.
I wear it.
HIS WHITE.
HIS WHITE doesn't show my messy.
It covers it all.
It just doesn't MASK it
as it removes every stain of my doing
which is way worse than espresso on my white robe.
HIS WHITE~
"Come now, let us settle the matter," says the LORD. "Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool" (Isaiah 1:18).
HIS WHITE~
`“I—yes, I alone—will blot out your sins for MY own sake and will never think of them again" (Isaiah 43:25)
Because
HIS WHITE is
mine & yours & everyone's
WHITE
that we get to wear
just because
HE wore red~
"In HIM we have redemption [that is, our deliverance and salvation]
through HIS blood, [which paid the penalty for our sin and resulted in]
the forgiveness and complete pardon of our sin, in accordance with the riches of HIS grace" (Ephesians 1:7)
I love white.
HIS WHITE.
Well I am off to make another cup of espresso
after I scrub my white robe
that takes more time to get the stain out
than it takes for
JESUS to wash away
every stain
of mine & yours
because
"NOTHING BUT THE BLOOD" (listen to the song below)
makes WHITE.
