SEE you later.
SEE you soon.
"SEE you"
comes with an expectation that you will SEE that someone again.
And then SUDDENLY it happens.
SUDDENLY he or she is no longer here.
There is no warning.
Life happens. Death happens.
As we just found out that SUDDENLY
the owner of our local restaurant passed away.
Oh how it crushes our soul as this place
has become our family place.
We know him
as we SEE him every time we are there
as we SEE him
& his wife
& his grown children
&
all the staff
but not just with our eyes but with our hearts
as they SEE us with their hearts.
Now what?
He goes to work in the morning
and returns at night to his home
and now is in the arms of JESUS.
GOD knew. yet no one else did.
The REALITY of life~
SUDDENLY!
Are we every really prepared for the
SUDDEN~LYS of Life.
They happen unbeknownst to us,
yet not unbeknownst to GOD.
For HIS TIMING is not ours,
yet it is always perfect
as GOD continues to work HIS plan
that is grandeur than any plan we could ever plan.
because
GOD is GOD with plans that our beyond our comprehension.
We may not like HIS ways,
but if HE so loves us beyond our comprehension
we know that HE will never let us down
as HE comes alongside us
to fill our hearts
especially those broken places
with more of HIM
especially through times of
shock & grief~ "Do you not know? Have you not heard?
The LORD is the everlasting GOD, the CREATOR of the ends of the earth.
HE will not grow tired or weary, and HIS understanding no one can fathom.
HE gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.
Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall;
but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not be faint" (Isaiah 40:18-31).
The SUDDEN~LYS will come
and they will hurt our hearts
BUT GOD
is right there
because
HE IS right here
because
HE IS everywhere
as
HE SEES us all the time
and meets us right where we are.
