Day 21: Always With You

On this silent morning

I am remembering another silent morning

when

I called out to

GOD and asked HIM~

"WHERE ARE YOU?",

as I truly BELIEVED that HE had left me,

because everything around me appeared to be falling apart.

I was "doing" everything that HE had ASKED me

to do

as

I was BELIEVING IN HIS WORD

&

I was ABIDING in HIS SON

&

I was DEPENDING on THE HOLY SPIRIT

&

I was SURRENDERING my ALL to HIM.

Yet things around me where FALLING APART.

BUT then GOD drew me in closer

and reminded me that

HIS WAYS are not my WAYS.

HE was making a WAY where I couldn't see any WAY.

HE was doing way more than this little mind of mine could ever comprehend.

And I KNOW GOD must have been smiling

when I questioned HIS whereabouts,

because HE loves when HIS kids ASK HIM anything,

as it means that

you are acknowledging HE is GOD.

Who ASKS someone a question if they don't BELIEVE HE exists,

even if the question is

"ARE YOU REAL GOD".

Oh just ASK HIM anything

as HE will SHOW up when you SHOW up

and HE will always ANSWER

even if you don't hear an

ANSWER,

because our GOD is working behind the scenes

ANSWERING our every woe.

Oh HE ANSWERED me

and has never stopped.

Just like on this silent morning

where all I hear is the

SILENCE.

And I giggle as

I

ASK HIM,

"WHERE ARE YOU GOD",

even though I KNOW HE IS WITH me,

but as I ASK

I am filled with

TEARS OF JOY

because

I just began my morning conversation

with the

ONE

who is always waiting for me

to just SHOW UP

because

HE has so much more than words for me

because

GOD isn't a three letter word

that you just read in a book.

For

GOD IS REAL,

oh every so REAL.

Look to your left.

HE IS THERE.

Look to your right.

HE IS THERE.

Look straight ahed.

HE IS THERE.

Look up.

HE IS THERE.

Look down.

HE IS THERE.

So when I think about the

times when things were

FALLING APART

and I was questioning

where GOD was, oh how I see that

my eyes were deceiving me

because

GOD was right there

in the midst of ALL the

BROKEN spaces & places

of my HEART

doing what HE does best.

LOVING me with ALL HIS HEART

as HE was taking all the

BROKEN PIECES

and creating something more

BEAUTIFUL

than I could ever fathom.

Are all the BROKEN PIECES

fixed.

Oh no, but that is the BEAUTY of GOD

as HE draws you closer & closer to HIM

in the BROKENNESS

so that you experience

so much MORE

of who HE IS,

and that trumps everything because

HIS PEACE transcends all understanding

&

HIS JOY becomes bigger that just happy

&

HIS HOPE is a PROMISE that lasts FOREVER.

Because

our GOD is an AWESOME GOD

who always has so much to say

even in the SILENCE

because

GOD IS GOD

and there is no other "god" who can take HIS place.

INVITE GOD into those

EMPTY places

HURING places

LONELY places

BROKEN places

ANXIOUS places

UNCERTAIN places

CONFUSING places

FEARFUL places

_____________ places

and

SILENT PLACES

because

ONLY GOD

can FILL those places

with

WHO you NEED in

every

SECOND,

as

HE takes you from

BROKEN INTO BEAUTIFUL*.

And that is

into the arms of

JESUS

who was

BROKEN in order

to

LOVE you & me & everyone else

back together

PIECE by PIECE

with

HIS PEACE

because you are

"BEAUTIFULLY BROKEN"
