Day 20: Weightlessly Joyful

What if you are living in

GOD'S WILL

but you don't like it~

"Whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable~

if anything is excellent or praiseworthy~

think about such things"

(Philippians 4:8)

What if you are living in

 GOD'S WILL

but you don't like it~

"Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters,

whenever you face trials of many kinds,

because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.

Let perseverance finish its work

 so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything"

(James 1:2-4).

What if when JESUS was living in

GOD'S WILL 

and HE didn't like it?

"HE was despised and rejected by mankind, a man of suffering, and familiar with pain. Like one from whom people hide their faces

HE was despised, and we held HIM in low esteem"

(Isaiah 53:3).

What if when JESUS was living in 

GOD'S WILL

and HE didn't like it?

"But HE was pierced for our transgressions, HE was crushed for our iniquities..."

What if JESUS chose not to live

in GOD'S WILL,

where would you & I & everyone else be?

"...the punishment that brought us peace was on HIM, and by HIS wounds we are healed"

(Isaiah 53:5).

What if today you are living in

GOD'S WILL

and don't like it?

Will you choose to

"Rejoice always,

pray continually,

give thanks in all circumstances

for this is GOD'S will for you in CHRIST JESUS"

(I Thessalonians 5:16-18),

so that

HIS JOY

will overwhelm you

that it transcends all understanding.

Oh JOYFUL JUNE,

for that is HIS WILL for you

because

"YOU'RE STILL GOD"
