If you have nothing good to say
say nothing at all~
as that is where I am this morning.
My heart hurts.
I have been sitting in SILENCE,
but not to GOD
who collects my tears
and hears my woes
and tells me to continue to
WAIT in HIM
as I sit in SILENCE.
Oh SILENCE isn't my strength,
as I sit here asking GOD
for wisdom & discernment
between what
I should say and not say
as I keep hearing the mantra
for which I was raised by
that
children should be seen and not heard.
So what is a 60 year old grown up child to do?
And GOD says
WAIT in SILENCE.
Oh the heaviness of WAITING in SILENCE,
but it is in the SILENCE
that this child
HEARS her FATHER'S voice
who SEES her
and continues to
give her wisdom & discernment
as she listens to HIM speak so that she takes HIS WORDS to heart
so that she continues to
WAIT in SILENCE,
yet speaking
HIS TRUTH
because
HIS WORDS are always better than mine~
"What actually took place is this:
I tried keeping rules and working my head off to please GOD, and it didn’t work.
So I quit being a “law man” so that I could be GOD'S man.
CHRIST'S life showed me how, and enabled me to do it.
I identified myself completely with HIM.
Indeed, I have been crucified with CHRIST.
My ego is no longer central.
It is no longer important that I appear righteous before you or have your good opinion,
and I am no longer driven to impress GOD.
CHRIST lives in me.
The life you see me living is not mine,
but it is lived by faith in the SON of GOD,
who loved me and gave HIMSELF for me. I am not going to go back on that"

Thank YOU GOD
for being my SILENCER
so that you can
be SEEN & HEARD
because
I am SEEN & HEARD by YOU
and you are SEEN & HEARD by HIM
because of
HIS AMAZING GRACE
that never runs dry.
Therefore
don't be SILENT to the ONE WHO HEARS
while you
WAIT in SILENCE.
Speak up & BE SEEN
by THE ONE who SEES you and HEARS you
as you continue to stand
in HIS TRUTH,
because of
"HIS AMAZING GRACE" (song below)
that is never silent.
