IT JUST WON'T GO AWAY~
because IT has become part of your story.
You can't rip the page out,
but it is ripping you.
What is your IT JUST WON'T GO AWAY?
BUT
then
something changes
because as you re-read your
STORY
you read between the lines
and
there HE IS!
HE was there the whole time
because
GOD JUST WON'T GO AWAY~
BUT how did you miss HIM.
Was it when HE was calling you to HIMSELF,
yet you didn't BELIEVE that
GOD could do anything
because
your STORY had impossible written all over the pages?
BUT GOD
makes all things
POSSIBLE
because
HE IS the POSSIBLE in every STORY.
HE IS
THE HOPE~
in the midst of despair.
THE LOVE
when rejection becomes your middle name.
THE LIFE
when your story has stopped still.
THE GRACE
when forgiveness is needed.
THE JUSTICE
when life just isn't fair.
THE KINDNESS
when pain and suffering is all you remember.
THE VICTORY
when you want to throw the towel in.
THE FREEDOM
from what keeps you stuck on the same page
that keeps repeating itself~
the memory
the emotion
the circumstance
the someone.
Because GOD doesn't write alone.
For HE writes JESUS
in your story
to be
the main character
of your STORY
who
dots every undotted "i"
and crosses every uncrossed "T"
with
HIMSELF
that
changes your
STORY
to
HIS STORY
that
HEALS THE BROKEN places and spaces
that have left you on the
same page
that just won't go away.
So when your
PAST strives to seep into the PRESENT
remember that
THE HAND OF JESUS
holds an
INDELIBLE MARKER
that
covers everything
that strives to steal the
JOY
of the present
because
HE is our FOREVER JOY
that is ours to claim in the here & the now
because
JESUS JUST WON'T GO AWAY~
"JESUS CHRIST is the same yesterday and today and forever" (Hebrews 13:8).
So let's travel through our
STORIES
by making it
HIS STORY
because
GOD is never finished with your STORY
because
"GOD IS IN THE STORY"
