Day 19: His Face

You just can't turn your EYES off of HIS FACE.
HIS EYES are so filled with COMPASSION
and undying LOVE that LOVES
beyond all condemnation.
HIS EYES that INVITE you into HIS HEART
because HE INVITES HIMSELF into ALL HEARTS.
As I stood in the front of all
the beautiful hearts of the women of
Hales Corners Lutheran Church
to share the LOVE OF JESUS,
there HE was.
The FACE OF JESUS*

that was bigger than life
was hanging on the wall
in the back of the church.
And HIS EYES were peeled on me.
Look at the picture above.
Really look at it.
How do you not want to hug HIM
and THANK HIM
for ALL that HE has done
to
LOVE each one of us
as if there was only of us (Augustine)
I couldn't help but to cry
HAPPY TEARS,
HUMBLING TEARS,
as I looked into the EYES of the one who saved my LIFE.
MY JESUS.
YOUR JESUS.
Oh a MAN of
COMPASSION
of
GRACE
of
LOVE
of
MERCY
of
FORGIVENESS
of
ACCEPTANCE
of
EVERYTHING THAT YOUR HEART CRAVES.
Oh this painting still makes me cry as it is
MY JESUS
who
has LOVED me like no other
and will never stop.
Therefore,
will you
STOP right now
and
"TURN YOUR EYES UPON JESUS"
because
HIS EYES of COMPASSION
are
LOOKING AT YOU.
