So how do you fathom
THE TRUTH
that you are
CHOSEN BY GOD,
when you are being
UNCHOSEN
by those around yo?
You can't fathom it,
as you know yourself so well,
as you know your imperfections so well,
as you know that you fall short of other's expectations so well,
as you know that you fall short of your own expectations.
BUT GOD SAYS YOU ARE CHOSEN.
Isn't it pride to receive those words?
Isn't it self righteousness to receive those words?
How do you receive those words when
you feel so
UNCHOSEN
because you keep receiving the message that you are
UNCHOSEN.
YOU BELIEVE GOD.
Oh HUMILITY takes over when you
BELIEVE GOD,
because you know that you did nothing to deserve your
CHOSEN status
except to
BELIEVE the ONE who asked you to BELIEVE.
So easy,
that it is too hard to fathom.
BUT
BELIEVING isn't self righteousness because you are
BELIEVING the ONE who has made you right.
We were all born wrong.
Hard truth.
But ever since the garden, we inherited Adam & Eve's big "oops".
But because GOD does not want ANYONE to PERISH,
and HE means EVERYONE
because HE created EVERYONE,
HE took the "oops" that the enemy used to destroy humanity
and threw it back in his face
by BREAKING HIS MOST PRECIOUS POSSESSION~
JESUS
because
GOD CHOSE for us
to enjoy the
FRUITS of THE PERFECT GARDEN
like HE intended from the the very beginning.
"In the very beginning GOD...."
when HE deemed all that HE created as
GOOD,
even HIS first humans were GOOD.
Because GOD is GOOD.
So what makes me GOOD and what makes you GOOD?
CHOOSING the ONE
who IS GOOD.
So even though my
CHOOSING GOD
and my CHOOSING JESUS CHRIST
has put a mark on my life
from others
that demands PERFECTION from me,
my
CHOOSING GOD
&
CHOOSING JESUS
is admitting
that I fall so short ,
as I am covered with imperfections,
that I need
JESUS' PERFECTION
to cover me
with
HIS PERFECTION
The TEARS are flowing.
HAPPY TEARS that are warming my soul
as I am CHOSEN~
not by my doing but by HIS doing.
Am I self righteous? NO.
Will I stumble and fall? YES.
Will that make me UNCHOSEN?
Never by my GOD.
Never my your GOD.
Because GOD IS GOOD
and HE IS THE GOOD in my life
because of
