Oh we all love them and we all want them~
BLESSINGS.
But what happens when your
BLESSINGS come with
SUFFERING,
are you still truly BLESSED?
Hmm.
JESUS thinks so,
BLESSING 1~
“You’re BLESSED when you’re at the end of your rope..."
What?????
BUT
"With less of you there is more of GOD and HIS rule"
BLESSING 2~
"You’re BLESSED when you feel you’ve lost what is most dear to you..."
What?????
BUT
"Only then can you be embraced by the ONE most dear to you."
BLESSING 3~
"You’re BLESSED when your commitment to GOD provokes persecution..."
What?????
BUT
"The persecution drives you even deeper into GOD'S kingdom" (Matthew 5:3-4, 10 MSG).
BLESSING 4~
“GOD BLESSES you when people mock you and persecute you and lie about you and say all sorts of evil things against you because you are MY followers."
What?????
BUT
"Be happy about it! Be very glad! For a great reward awaits you in heaven.
And remember, the ancient prophets were persecuted in the same way"(Matthew 5:11-12 NLT).
So are your BLESSINGS worth counting?
JESUS thinks so~
"In this godless world you will continue to experience difficulties.
But take heart! I’ve conquered the world” (John 16:33 MSG).
IT IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE ~
for
"Now who is there to hurt you if you become enthusiastic for what is good?
But even if you should suffer for the sake of righteousness [though it is not certain that you will], you are still BLESSED [happy, to be admired and favored by GOD]" (I Peter 3:13-14 AMP)..
Oh to be
BLESSED
is
"THE BLESSING"
