Day 17: You Belong

I never felt like I BELONGED anywhere.

My feet where on the ground,

but it always felt like foreign soil.

It could be because we have lived in many states.

It could be that GOD never wanted me to feel

as if I BELONGED anywhere,

because HE wanted me to BELONG TO HIM.

I love the Dr. Seuss saying,

"Why are you trying so hard.

to fit in when you were made to stand out".

GOD has set me apart

the moment I

BELIEVED IN HIS SON

and has set everyone apart

the moment one

BELIEVES IN HIS SON,

and that my friend

is the moment

you no longer

FIT IN

to where you used to FIT IN

because once

JESUS takes over your being

you don't even recognize yourself

anymore

as you discover who GOD created you to be~

ALL HIS.

Well at the ripe age of 62 as I look over my life,

I wasn't created to BELONG to this world

and GOD wouldn't allow it

and still doesn’t

because

HE knows me way too well because

HE has better plans for me.

Either I BELONG to the world or I BELONG TO GOD~

HIS WORLD that is out of this world,

because this isn't our real

HOME~

"For this world is not our home;

we are looking forward to our everlasting home in heaven"

(Hebrews 13:14)

And our REAL HOME is a place where JESUS has

prepared a place at

HIS TABLE

where you will FIT PERFECTLY

that will be beyond even your

best expectations.

So my desires to always want to

BELONG and to FIT IN

is humanly normal,

and

they have been met in the here and now

because I know that

I BELONG TO GOD

and LIVING IN CHRIST is where I FIT IN.

PEACE & JOY overtake my soul!

How about you?

"Why try so hard to FIT IN when you were made to STAND OUT".

STANDING OUT may not get the applause you desire here on earth,

.but no one's applause will get you into heaven.

Oh IN CHRIST

is where you

FIT PERFECTLY,

because

JESUS IS REAL AND SO ARE YOU

and HE is the who said it first~

"YOU BELONG TO ME"

(listen to the song below)
