IF GOD was a genie and
HE asked you for ONE request
that HE would fulfill,
what would that ONE thing be?
I bet that ONE thing just popped in your mind,
but then you started thinking
maybe I really want _______.
But what if GOD has given you that ONE thing
that would answer all your WANTS & NEEDS?
I am going to get Christian~ese on you,
even though you all know the ONE thing that I am going to say~
JESUS.
As tears are dripping down my face unannounced.
as they are taking me by surprise,
because it is my ONE request for all to
RECEIVE & BELIEVE IN JESUS.
Can't you just see it now,
if in this
VERY SECOND
JESUS
became everyone's
ONLY WANT & NEED,
then wouldn't everyone
have
all that they WANT & NEED?
JESUS would be the main guest
at every gathering,
so that there wouldn't be any room
for
FEAR or ANXIETY or BITTERNESS or ANGER,
because everyone would be overcome
with
FORGIVENESS,
because
of
HIS GRACE
that has been bestowed on everyone,
so that
HIS GRACE
is what everyone would give to each other.
And then
HIS PEACE
that transcends all understanding
would guard everyone's hearts,
so that PEACE
would overtake the room
because
JESUS ALWAYS OVERTAKES EVERY SPACE AND PLACE
where HE IS INVITED.
Sounds like
HEAVEN on earth, doesn't it?
Well, JESUS IS HEAVEN ON EARTH.
"FOR GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD THAT HE SENT HIS ONLY SON" (John 3:16).
GOD IS WITH US.
But as long as we are on this earth,
there will be those who
BELIEVE and those who don't BELIEVE,
BUT
JESUS STILL ALWAYS OVERTAKES EVERY SPACE AND PLACE
where HE IS INVITED.
Have you INVITED HIM into this very SECOND?
Try it.
HIS FORGIVENESS WILL overtake BITTERNESS AND ANGER.
HIS GRACE WILL take over SHAME AND BLAME.
BECAUSE
GOD ALWAYS DELIVERS ON HIS PROMISES.
What do you NEED in this very SECOND?
INVITE JESUS!
HE IS
HOPE in the midst of DOUBT.
HE IS
PEACE in the midst of ANXIETY.
HE IS
JOY in the midst of DESPAIR.
A genie may grant you three wishes,
but GOD gives you the
ONE ANSWER to every wish~
"HE wants not only us but everyone saved,
you know, everyone to get to know the truth we’ve learned:
that there’s one GOD and only ONE, and
ONE Priest-Mediator between GOD and us—
JESUS, who offered HIMSELF in exchange for
everyone held captive by sin,
to set them all free.
Eventually the news is going to get out.
