Why does GOD make it so easy that it is so hard?
Is it because it is FREE~
PEACE in the midst of anxiety
"that transcends all understanding" (Philippians 4:7).
HOPE in the midst of doubt~
“If you can’?” said JESUS. “Everything is possible for one who believes" (Mark 9:23).
JOY in the midst of despair~
"Rejoice always and delight in your faith;
be unceasing and persistent in prayer;
in every situation [no matter what the circumstances]
be thankful & continually give thanks to GOD;
for this is the will of GOD for you
in CHRIST JESUS" (I Thessalonians 5:16-18 AMP).
Why does GOD make it so easy that it is so hard?
Or do we make it so hard?
Is it because we still BELIEVE we can do it on our own?
Have you ever been pushed against a wall
when your feelings strive to get the best of you,
leading you to a place that does not feel so good?
Oh, as I am a very FEELING being,
my FEELINGS are always churning.
Some good. Some not so good.
The worse is when I went them to go away,
because they are beating so loud,
and I do cry out to GOD.
And then nothing happens.
And then I cry out to JESUS.
And then nothing happens.
So
where was GOD & where was JESUS?
Oh THEY were there with me
just waiting for the perfect time to do what only THEY could do.
Oh when I want THEM to change the circumstances that strive at times
to make me FEEL not so good.
It is a dark place when you are doing what GOD asks you to do,
yet all you hear is silence.
Hopelessness and helplessness strives to get the best of you,
when you feel like you are getting the silent treatment.
Even though
you know the TRUTH and the TRUTH has set you FREE,
you find yourself at the end of yourself.
But then it happens, or should I say
GOD happens.
All of a sudden HE does it.
Something in you changes as you are transformed.
You can't explain it, because it is not of yourself.
Does GOD wait for complete SURRENDER of yourself?
Does HE wait for that one moment when HE knows your heart so well
and that you are in total agreement that HE is GOD & you are not?
Well I BELIEVE yes, as HE has taken me there so many times
to the end of myself
with utter DEPENDANCE on HIM
that I had to wait in the silence,
yet BELIEVING
GOD HAS THIS.
And lo and behold,
as it is SUPERNATURAL,
because
that is GOD~
when in HIS PERCET TIMING
PEACE overwhelms you beyond your comprehension
as you know it is not from yourself.
GOD goes beyond your wildest dreams,
without fixing the circumstance,
yet fixing the real issue~
your HEART
because it is an
INSIDE OUTSIDE job.
GOD ALWAYS doing what HE does best~
changing your heart in the midst of non changing circumstances
Hang on. Hold Tight.
When you feel like there is no where else to turn~
HE IS THERE.
When you feel like you can't get out of your feelings~
HE IS THERE.
When you feel like HE isn't THERE~
HE IS THERE.
GOD IS ALWAYS THERE BECAUSE GOD IS ALWAYS HERE.
Therefore,
when
HOPE feels lost
&
when
PEACE turns to anxiety
&
when
JOY is a distant memory,
Hold on & Hang tight
to HIM
because
HE IS THE ANSWER
when there appears to be
no ANSWER
because
JESUS is ALWAYS THERE~
"I am coming soon.
Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown" (Revelation 3:11)
