Day 15: All For His Glory

Did GOD really say this?

"I will make Pharaoh stubborn. He will chase them.

But I will gain GLORY for MYSELF because of what will happen to Pharaoh and his whole army. And the Egyptians will know that I am the LORD” (Exodus 14:4)

Oh yes.

GOD did not only say it, but HE did it.

Is GOD a mean GOD?

Oh no.

Is GOD a disruptive GOD?

On no.

Then why would GOD make Pharaoh stubborn?

Because GOD SO LOVES that HE will go to great lengths

to save every SOUL.

Because GOD SO LOVES that HE does not want anyone

TO PERISH.

TO PERISH is

to live without GOD

and to die without GOD.

So if it takes GOD making Pharaoh stubborn,

for everyone to SEE that GOD IS GOD,

so that HE gets the GLORY,

then HE WILL part the RED SEA.

Because no one can part the sea,

GOD has to get the GLORY.

Just as no one can walk on water,

unless JESUS says COME.

There HE was. Waling on water.

Peter questioned if it was HIM.

And JESUS said COME!

"Then Peter got down out of the boat, walked on the water and came toward JESUS"*

So who is getting the GLORY?

Peter or JESUS?

"But when he saw the wind, he was afraid and, beginning to sink, cried out,

“LORD, save me!”

Immediately JESUS reached out his hand and caught him.

“You of little faith,” he said, “why did you doubt?” *(Matthew 14)

So I ask you?

Who parted the RED SEA?

Who kept Peter walking on water?

Whose GLORY?

For when GOD gets the GLORY in your life

then that means that you are

TRUSTING GOD

and

WAITING PATIENTLY

and

WATCHING EXPECTANTLY

for GOD to do what only GOD can do.

But you don't do life alone~

"I can do all things through CHRIST who strengthens me"

(Philippians 4:13).

My JESUS.

THE ONE who SAVED me.

THE ONE who LOVES me.

THE ONE who I LIVE for.

ALL FOR HIS GLORY!

It isn't about me,

as it is ALL ABOUT GOD

because GOD made it all about

me & you & everyone else,

the moment

JESUS

didn't make it about

HIMSELF

on the bloody day on the cross,

because

HE made it

about

me & you & everyone else.

"This is how much GOD loved the world:

HE gave HIS SON, HIS ONE & ONLY SON...

GOD didn’t go to all the trouble of sending HIS SON

merely to point an accusing finger,

telling the world how bad it was.

HE came to help, to put the world right again.

Anyone who TRUSTS IN HIM is acquitted;

anyone who refuses to TRUST HIM

has long since been under the death sentence without knowing it.

And why?

Because of that person’s failure to

BELIEVE in the one-of-a-kind SON-OF-GOD when introduced to HIM" (John 3:16 MSG)

Wow!

There it is.

ALL FOR HIS GLORY~

It is not about me,

because it is all about

HIM,

because

JESUS made it all about

me & you & everyone else

so that it is always

ALL about HIM!

Because that my friend

is

"MY JESUS"
