Day 14: The Same

Once Upon A Time the world stopped for one second,

because everyone stopped for one second.

And then in that one second

 everyone became

THE SAME,

yet remained

DIFFERENT

in their created uniqueness.

But

THE SAME

was oh so

THE BEST SAME,

so that

the

DIFFERENCES

became so beautiful

because

THE SAME

was all that mattered.

HIS PEACE

 that transcends all understanding

ran through their veins

because

HIS LOVE that transcends all understanding

ran through through their veins

right to the hear,t

so that

everyone

acted

THE SAME,

because

JOY,

PATIENCE,

KINDNESS,

GOODNESS,

&

GENTLENESS

filled the air.

LOVE wasn't only in the air

because

LOVE was all everyone knew it to be.

THE LOVE

that is

PATIENT,

KIND,

NOT JEALOUS,

DOES NOT BRAG,

NOT ARROGANT,

DOES NOT ACT UNBECOMING,

DOES NOT SEEK ITS OWN,

NOT PROVOKED,

DOES NOT TAKE ACCOUNT A WRONG SUFFERED,

&

DOES NOT REJOICE IN UNRIGHTEOUSNESS* .

because

THIS UNCONDITIONAL LOVE~

"Rejoices with the truth;

Bears all things,

Believes all things,

Hopes all things,

Endures all things" 

*(I Corinthians 13:4-8).

But then that second ended.

Some remained

THE SAME.

Some didn't know what to do.

Some just went back to who they were the moment before that second,

in DISBELIEF

that

THIS LOVE

was for them.

Oh wouldn't it be wonderful

if

that one second

stayed

THE SAME,

so that everyone became

THE SAME

in their BELIEVING the ONE

who created

each one so uniquely

DIFFERENT

yet one of the SAME,

because of

THE SAME GOD

who

bestows on everyone
