You see the sign
DO NOT ENTER.
And what do you want to do?
ENTER!
You see the sign
DO NOT TOUCH.
And what do you want to do?
TOUCH,
because you wonder if the words
WET PAINT
really means that the paint is wet.
I have reached out to TOUCH it.
And you know what?
It is WET PAINT!
Why do we want TO DO what we are told
NOT TO DO?
You see the sign
DO NOT BE ANXIOUS.
And what do you want to do?
BE ANXIOUS,
because how can you not be
ANXIOUS
when your
circumstances
are producing
ANXIETY?
But what if you read the fine print that
FOLLOWED
the
DO NOT BE ANXIOUS?
"DO NOT BE ANXIOUS
or worried about anything,
but IN EVERYTHING everything [every circumstance and situation]
by prayer and petition with thanksgiving,
continue to make your [specific] requests known to GOD".*
Try it.
NOW.
What are you ANXIOUS about?
TELL GOD.
THANK GOD for caring about
the
what~evers and the whom~evers
that you are ANXIOUS about.
And guess what?
You will never ever ever want to
BE ANXIOUS again.
So when you see the sign that tells you
DO NOT BE ANXIOUS
you will
FOLLOW what it says
because you know what happens when you
FOLLOW the WORDS of the ONE who is asking you to
DO NOT BE ANXIOUS
because
GOD always has your best in mind~
"And the peace of GOD
[that peace which reassures the heart, that peace]
which transcends all understanding, [that peace which] stands guard over your hearts and your minds in CHRIST JESUS [is yours]"* (Philippians 4:6-7).
Don't you SEE?
GOD'S WORD is GOD'S WORD
that always takes you to a
BETTER space and place then you are right now.
Oh
TO BE OR NOT TO BE ANXIOUS?
Should that even be a question.
For now is the time is to have a
BE~ATITUDE
and
NOT TO BE ANXIOUS.
Get ready. Get set. Go.
“Therefore I tell you, __________* (PUT YOUR NAME)
do not worry about your life...
Can you, __________* by worrying add a single hour to your life?
...But seek first HIS kingdom and HIS righteousness, __________*,
and all these things will be given to you as well...
Therefore, __________* do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own"
(Matthew 6).
TO BE OR NOT TO BE ANXIOUS?
Ready. Set. Go.
"PEACE BE STILL"
(listen to the song below0
