Today is GAME DAY! A SUPER BOWL kind of a day. Now if you like football, today is your day. I love to play GAMES, but I am not a FOOTBALL girl. I only like the last 2 minutes of a GAME, because that is when the real GAME is played. It is in those last 2 minutes where the tough get going and the going gets tough, as the teams are at the home stretch. Lose it. Win it. Isn't it all about
how the GAME ends? Just like LIFE. It really is about how you finish. "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the LORD, the righteous JUDGE, will award to me on that day—and not only to me,
but also to all who have longed for HIS appearing" (2 Timothy 4:7-8) So how do we keep the FAITH as we LIVE LIFE because LIFE ISN'T A GAME. It is filled with *TROUBLE* (*all board games we love to play*)~
"Dear brothers and sisters, when troubles of any kind come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy. For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow" (James 1:2-3) We need to say *SORRY*~ "But if we confess our sins to HIM, HE is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness" (I John 1:9). We need to take a *RISK*~ "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your GOD will be with you wherever you go” (Joshua 1:9). We need *CONCENTRATION*~ "Let your eyes look directly forward,
and your gaze be straight before you"
(Proverbs 4:25). And Sometimes we don't even have a *CLUE*~ "Trust in the LORD with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek His will in all you do,
& HE will show you which path to take" (Proverbs 3:5-6). So let’s get serious and stop playing *CHARADES*~ "Stop deceiving yourselves. If you think you are wise by this world’s standards, you need to
become a fool to be truly wise"
(I Corinthians 3:18). Because LIFE ISN'T A GAME~ If you cheat you will lose. You don’t get a second chance. It is a choice. Either you *BELIEVE IT OR NOT*~ "If you try to hang on to your life, you will lose it.
But if you give up your life for My sake, you will save it. And what do you benefit if you gain the whole world but lose your own soul? Is anything worth more than your soul?" (Matthew 16:25-26). Today is your GAME day. Give HIM all you got for IN HIM
you will "SEE A VICTORY"
