What if JESUS was all you had~
would HE be all that you need?
The Christianese answer is
"oh yes"~
but to be totally honest
HE doesn't feel enough
when I want someone with skin on
to talk to
IN PERSON
to connect with
IN PERSON
to see
IN PERSON.
But it is in those those moments
when my heart cries out
to see IN PERSON a PERSON
& then it happens
because
THE PERSON
hears me
sees me
&
connects with me
like no other person with skin on can.
It is so SIMPLE that it is so hard to fathom
in those moments when all you can see
is yourself
and then you realize that you are not alone at all
because
HE has been with you the whole time
and will never ever ever leave you.
It is in those NEEDY times
JESUS is all I have & JESUS becomes all that I NEED,
but not only in those NEEDY times
because
JESUS is in all the times and in all the feelings and always is
no matter what I am feeling or doing or being.
So I ask you
"IF ALL I HAD WAS CHRIST" (listen to the song below)
would HE be enough?
