Do you ever ASK yourself if you should BREATHE today?

Think about it.

Do your lungs need your permission before they allow you to BREATHE?

Think about it.

Now while you are thinking about it I bet you are BREATHING!

Does your HEART need your permission to beat, beat, beat?

Do you have to ASK yourself if you should

BE ANXIOUS today?

Do you need permission to BE ANXIOUS,

before you decide to BE ANXIOUS?

Think about it.

And as you are thinking about it,

I bet you are thinking about what you

should BE ANXIOUS about.

Does your MIND need your permission to THINK?

Or

Does your MIND need your permission

to what it will THINK about?

Hmm.

THINK ABOUT IT.

Don't just THING ABOUT IT,

but give your MIND PERMISSION about what it is going to

THINK ABOUT.

Let's FAST from those

THOUGHTS

that make you THINK about

those people, places, and things

that make your lungs work overtime

with ANXIOUS breaths.

Whenever your MIND starts thinking about those

 THOUGHTS

that invite

ANXIETY,

HOPELESSNESS,

and

DESPAIR into your MIND,

instead

THINK ABOUT~

"whatever is true, whatever is honorable and worthy of respect, whatever is right and confirmed by God’s word, whatever is pure and wholesome, whatever is lovely and brings peace, whatever is admirable and of good repute; if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think continually on these things [center your mind on them, and implant them in your heart]...

And then you will be

INHALING and EXHALING

all that you

NEED,

because

you will be

INHALING and EXHALING

THE ONE who

IS

TRUE,

HONORABLE,

WORTHY OF RESPECT,

RIGHT,

PURE AND WHOLESOME,

LOVELY,

ADMIRABLE & of GOOD REPUTE,

EXCELLENCE,

WORTHY OF PRAISE

the ONE

who

BRINGS PEACE.

For that is who

"JESUS IS"
