We never met in person,
until we did
We sat for seven hours in a restaurant,
eating homemade chips and brownies,
as if we knew each other our whole life.
Because when GOD sets up an
APPOINTMENT
you go,
because HE has IMMEASURABLY MORE for you
then you could ever imagine.
I was like a little child on Christmas morning,
so beyond excited to see what santa would bring.
Actually I was like a little child on Christmas morning,
so beyond to see who GOD brought.
GOD put us together.
Three women.
Who live on the opposite sides of the country,
for such a time and space.
I had met these precious women
on zoom
and through millions of texts,
and now
in person.
Our excitement was brewing because
we knew this was a GOD DOING.
And when GOD opens a door
HIS PEACE transcends all understanding,
as you have to do is just
SHOW UP.
We SHOWED up.
Oh from the moment I ran to them
and hugged them,
I felt GOD smiling above
for HE orchestrated this time.
We never had to order a meal,
because
we were being fed
not stop
by
JESUS!
We talked about HIM.
We shared testimonies about HIM.
We prayed with HIM.
We laughed with HIM.
We cried with HIM.
Watch out when JESUS is the main guest at your table.
I am still in awe,
because of
GOD'S and FAVOR and BLESSING
to get HIS brothers and sisters in CHRIST
to gather together,
from places to afar,
to sit and share the best meal that they ever had.
Homemade Potato Chips.
Why the best meal?
Because we didn't have room for food.
We became so
FULL of
the GLORY OF GOD.
So when GOD opens a door,
you walk through it,
yet be so STILL
because the moments that HE organizes
are so very precious.
For if HE would be so GRACIOUS
to plan a day that is forever tattooed on my heart,
to bring these women into my life,
to sit in restaurant for seven hours
and never lift a fork,
you stop
and listen
and give
THANKS to GOD for just wanting
HIS "kids" to get together,
to remind you that
HE SEES you
&
HE HEARS you
&
HE LOVES you.
And there is nothing more
than HE would rather do
then to watch
HIS kids,
who have met for the very first time,
to be together,
because HE KNEW their hearts
and their LOVE for HIM.
Oh these women have one PASSION,
and that is
to SHARE the LOVE OF JESUS.
And they did,
and HIS LOVE can not be contained
when
HIS LOVE is in your HEART.
Don't MISS GOD.
HE is always setting up
APPOINTMENTS
for HIS kids,
because
HE LOVES when HIS kids get together
and talk about HIM.
For when two or more are gathered
the heavens open up,
so that you get to taste
THE PEACE OF HEAVEN
right where you are,
because
GOD IS SO GRACIOUS.
We didn't want to say goodbye,
as we never wanted the moment to end,
but when you are yoked together IN CHRIST
there are never goodbyes,
for you are BAPTIZED into HIS FAMILY
that lasts FOREVER.
So today,
as we continue to communicate by text and by phone,
our whereabouts are never too far away,
for when you are
SISTERS or BROTHERS IN CHRIST
distance is always close.
