IT has been chasing me all my life.
I didn't know what IT was
until IT was time to let IT go.
ANGER.
Yup.
A little ANGRY girl,
who felt trapped inside of
a woman's body
because of
the power of
words that pierced her heart
that told her she was
UNacceptable
UNworthy
UNloved.
Oh that little girl BELIEVED the words
that were LYING to her,
because
GOD does not CREATE a child to be
UNacceptable
UNworthy
UNloved.
But don't we react to what we
BELIEVE,
whether what we
BELIEVE are lies or truth.
BUT then the veil was torn
because
JESUS LOVES
those who were treated and those who are treated as
UNacceptable
UNworthy
UNloved
because
JESUS was treated as
UNacceptable
UNworthy
UNloved.
So what is the little ANGRY child to do?
RECEIVE the PERFECT LOVE of JESUS.
To RECEIVE
HIS FORGIVENESS for herself
and to pass it on to others.
And then it happens.
No longer is this little girl
ANGRY
because
JESUS has LOVED her back together.
Where did the ANGER go?
Oh IT has been replaced by a LOVE
that bursts to
LOVE
those who
FEEL
so
UNacceptable
UNworthy
UNloved.
Oh my friend,
do you have any ANGER tucked inside you
that is eating you alive
because you are holding onto it so tightly?
Will you join me
and
RECEIVE the LOVE OF JESUS CHRIST
so that you will be so overwhelmed
by HIS FORGIVING LOVE
that you will
LOVE
yourself as GOD LOVES you
and
pass along HIS LOVE
to
those who have labeled themselves as
UNacceptable
UNworthy
UNloved.
I was her.
FIRST THINGS FIRST.
"Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor [perpetual animosity, resentment, strife, fault-finding] and slander be put away from you, along with every kind of malice [all spitefulness, verbal abuse, malevolence]. Be kind and helpful to one another,
tender-hearted [compassionate, understanding],
forgiving one another [readily and freely],
just as God in Christ also forgave you"
(Ephesians 3:31-32)
Why?
Because you are
