Mary's FIRST MOTHER'S DAY,
the day she had to let JESUS go.
Did she KNOW that
THIS BABY,
THE BABY
implanted in her womb,
would be
THE ONE
who she would have to
LET GO,
the day
JESUS
was delivered
INTO the WORLD.
THE WORLD
that would
crucify
HIM,
so that
HE would DELIVER
her
and everyone else.
Mary's
FIRST MOTHER'S DAY
when
GOD DELIVERED
HIS SON
in a stable with animals and hay.
Think about it.
The moment the umbilical cord was cut
was the moment
JESUS was
released into the world
to do HIS ministry
that HE was called to do.
From the CRADLE TO THE CROSS.
Oh the miracle of
BIRTH,
especially for Mary,
for her pregnancy
was a MIRACLE
just as all pregnancies are,
but her pregnancy
was
THE PROMISED SEED of GOD
that was to
SAVE THE WORLD.
Can you imagine?
The DAY JESUS was revealed to Mary~
"Do not be afraid, Mary; you have found favor with GOD. You will conceive and give birth to a SON, and you are to call HIM JESUS.
HE will be great and will be called the SON OF THE MOST HIGH. The LORD GOD will give him the throne of his father David, and HE will reign over Jacob’s descendants forever; HIS kingdom will never end" (Luke 1:30-33).
Did the angel forget to read to her the fine print~
"HE grew up before him like a tender shoot, like a root out of dry ground.HE had no beauty or majesty to attract us to him, nothing in his appearance that we should desire him.HE was despised and rejected by mankind, a MAN of suffering, and familiar with pain.Like one from whom people hide their faces HE was despised, and we held him in low esteem.
Surely HE took up our pain and bore our suffering,yet we considered HIM punished by GOD, stricken by HIM, and afflicted.But HE was pierced for our transgressions, HE was crushed for our iniquities;the punishment that brought us peace was on HIM, and by HIS wounds we are healed" (Isaiah 53:2-5).
And there she was
on
JESUS' BIRTH DAY,
the day
Mary
celebrated her
FIRST MOTHER'S DAY.
The day
Mary looked into the eyes of her first born,
so
GOD
would knit
HIM into our hearts~
"For to us a Child is born, to us a Son is given, and the government will be on His shoulders" (Isaiah 9:6).A CHILD
born to us,
Who once was a
A BABY
Who grew to be a
LITTLE BOY.
Who grew up to became a MAN.
Who was born to Die.
Who is this MAN?
The ONE who endured the cross,
for the joy set before HIM.
To be crucified on the cross,
for me and for you, shedding HIS blood~
To fulfill all the prophecies and promises in God’s great book
"Preach good news to the poor.
Bind up the brokenhearted.
Proclaim freedom for the prisoners.
Recovery of sight for the blind.
Release the oppressed .
Proclaim the year of the LORD's favor..."
For "HE will be calledWonderful Counselor, Mighty GOD,Everlasting FATHER,
Prince of Peace"
(Luke 4:18-19; Isaiah 61:1-2)
Because
HIS FATHER,
our FATHER
who art in heaven,
who is
THE FATHER to the fatherless.
THE FATHER to the motherless.
THE FATHER to the childless.
OUR FATHER to all.
OUR FATHER who art in heaven
who knitted JESUS together in HIS mother's womb
is the same
FATHER who
PUT YOU IN HIS STORY~
"For YOU created _________'s* (PUT YOUR NAME) inmost being;
YOU knit _________* together in _________'s*
mother’s womb" (Psalm 139: 13).
This is your
"FATHER'S LOVE LETTER"*
to you,
HIS child
