RECKLESS RELIANCE UPON HIM (Oswald Chambers)
are the first words I read today.
RECKLESS~
Irresponsible
Dare Devil
Unrestrained
Not a word that you want to be associated with.
RECKLESS~
Excessive
Extreme
Out of Control.
But when the word
RELIANCE
is associated with
RECKLESS
oh the power of
GOD
that can change
any word
any life
into
something so dynamic
that
I don't mind being
RECKLESS for HIM~
Over-the-top
Overindulgent
Outrageous
For GOD!
Think about it.
To be so
RECKLESS for GOD~
to shift all of our
RECKLESS energy
to being
RELIANT~
Clinging To
Depending On
Expecting In
Confident In
GOD~
oh how
RECKLESS would you be today?
For if JESUS can
take a RECKLESS Saul
to become a
RELIANT PAUL
or
a RECKLESS PROSTITUTE
to become a
RELIANT REHAB
or a
RECKLESS Me
to become
a RELIANT DAUGHTER
Oh what can't HE do
if only we all
take all of our
RECKLESS energy
to
TRUST RECKLESSLY IN HIM
to
ABIDE RECKLESSLY IN HIM
to
"Take courage! It is I. Don't be afraid" (Matthew 14:27)
to get out of the boat
then maybe
we could walk on water
with the ONE who holds out
HIS ARMS
calling us to
“Come to ME, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28).
Can you imagine
how
2020 would be filled with
365 Days of RECKLESS PEACE
8766 Hours of RECKLESS JOY
525600 Minutes of RECKLESS HOPE
31536000 Seconds of RECKLESS LOVE
that
is poured into our lives
from above
because of a
RECKLESSLY LOVING GOD
who RECKLESSLY PURSUES us
&
who craves us to be
RECKLESS RELIANT UPON HIM.
