Day 10: God Is The Mountaintop

TICK. TICK.TICK.

LIFE. LIFE. LIFE.

Every SECOND is so precious,

because

LIFE is so PRECIOUS.

I am in a TIME that I have had my

SECONDS beyond FILLED by GOD,

every SECOND, 

for a week,

as HE brought me to a place I have never before,

yet KNOW it was a place HE PLANNED for me to be.

I am not LIVING in the PAST,

even though I am still embracing ALL that happened on our

recent trip.

It went so FAST. 

HERE today. GONE tomorrow.

BUT GOD.

HE never stops moving us all around the globe,

to SEE HIM, 

to FEEL HIM,

to KNOW HIM,

in every space and place HE moves you too.

For you can't get away from GOD. 

Our SAME GOD,

who is wherever you are.

Whether in a time of sorrow.

HE IS.

Whether in a time of wait.

HE IS.

Whether in a time of joy.

HE IS.

Whether in a time of ____________.

HE IS.

Where are you right now?

HE IS. 

So as I am mourning and rejoicing at the same time,

GOD'S words explode in my heart,

to remind me that no matter where I am

physically or mentally,

HIS words are the same~

"Have I not commanded you?

 Be strong and courageous.

 Do not be frightened,

 and do not be dismayed, for the LORD your GOD is with you wherever you go"

(Joshua 1:9).

 I am not frightened or discouraged right now,

but I could be if I stay planted in what was,

whether the what WAS was GOOD or not so GOOD. 

For we only have this SECOND, and the next SECOND.

TICK. TICK.TICK.

Pressing forward with our GOD who IS

wherever you are.

So I ask you

WHERE ARE YOU? 

Look to the right.

HE IS.

Look to the left.

HE IS.

HE IS the SAME GOD. 

Whether I am standing on the top of TABLE MOUNTAIN in South Africa

or sitting with GOD in New Jersey,

GOD IS!

WOW.

Don't just think about it, let's LIVE it.

I can't explain what just happened in my heart,

but GOD took me from a woe is me

to a WOW GOD IS.

And it only takes a SECOND.

To LOOK UP. 

For there HE IS looking at you,

to remind you and me and everyone else,

that HE IS WITH YOU WHEREVER YOU GO,

for

"YOU are STILL my GOD.

 YOU'RE STILL my ROCK.

 My only hope LORD.

  YOU'RE all I’ve got.

 In every valley or mountaintop.

 I’ll say HALLELUJAH!" *

WHERE ARE YOU?

Right where

GOD IS

because

HE IS
