Happy DECEMBER 1!
DAY ONE of preparing our hearts for the
BIRTH OF THE BABY!
CHRISTMAS is calling.

ADVENT
A New Thing.
A Dynamic Thing.
A Crazy Amazing Thing.
ADVENT~
"Behold, I am doing a new thing" (Isaiah 43:19).
Oh the ANTICIPATION.
Oh the EXPECTATION.
Oh the JOY of what is to come,
that brings me back to when I was a child
whose
ANTICIPATION & EXPECTATION
was so overwhelming
as I waited for
CHRISTMAS morning
to see what Santa was to bring me.
I had great HOPE in Santa,
because I knew he always showed up
on CHRISTMAS morning.
Now that same
ANTICIPATION & EXPECTATION
fills me as a grown up child,
but not for Santa
but for the
BIRTH of THE BABY
who never stops giving
from
the day HE was BIRTHED in my heart.
Oh how I do not want JESUS to be buried
amongst the tinsel & bows,
because HE isn't about a day or a season.
What difference has the BIRTH OF A BABY made in your life?
Does HE keep giving on THE DAY AFTER December 25?
Let's fast forward to December 26,
when there are 364 shopping days left until Christmas~
THE DAY AFTER!
What do you see? What do you feel?
Are you happy it's all over on THE DAY AFTER?
Think about it..

THE DAY AFTER the vacation.
THE DAY AFTER the great news.
THE DAY AFTER the _________.
THE DAY AFTER!
